Isn't that insane!? The courier didn't even knock on my door, just dropped it on the step. As soon as I picked it up I could tell it was smashed. Who doesn't package ceramic?? Luckily the solar panel and the koi are intact so we'll likely just create our own :)

:( so the solar powered fountain I ordered from Wayfair arrived smashed into pieces. So upset :( the fountain wasn't at all protected, zero packing inside the box, no fragile sticker. Couldn't believe it! They did provide a full refund thankfully.
