It contains avocado, almond, and olive oils. If hair feels dry the product provides 3 times more moisture. It instantly delivers intense nourishment to treat dry hair, without the greasiness. The product can be used flollowing Triple Nutrition shampoo, and conditioner. It can be used as a pre-styler on damp hair before blow drying, as a finisher applied on dry hair focusing on the ends. It can be applied as an overnight leave in treatment on wet or dry hair. The pump bottle lasts a long time as only a small amount needs to be used on each application. 1-2 pumps for short hair, 3-4 pumps for longer styles. It is good for sensitive skin and includes plant based ingredients. It improves the tone and texture of my skin and doesn't cause redness that harsh toners and serums do. It can be used in the morning and evening by massaging a dime sized amount onto a dry, clean face, before moisturizing. It is gentle enough for daily use. I find the curls most defined when I first take them out of the rollers. I have medium thick hair and it hold the curls really well. They do heat up, so I would suggest getting some ear protectors, which work well for hair cuts and styling. The curling set comes with 20 color coded velvety rollers and 20 color coded J-clips. The rolling set has an indicator light, inonic conditioning for less frizz and more shine. Overall, I really like the product. It has good value. -

I went to Five Star Nails and received a pedicure. It was well done. The staff took the time to make sure my feet and legs were healthy and well cared for. They put my feet in a jacuzzi and gave me a leg and foot massage. They used their pedicure tools to make sure not only my nails, but also my feet were in good condition. They have bilingual staff there to answer any questions. They are professional and give great results. I liked the way my toes looked. Ready to my great pedicure with my sandals. I would highly recommend Five Star Nails. -
