It says on the label it is made in France. I was very happy with the scent. -

Biolage contains 48 hours of moisture, long lasting shape memory, reduced dry time and protects the hair from up to 450 degree heat. It has aloe extract to retain moisture, hyaloronic acid for deep hydration in the deepest layers of hair follicles, and styling polymers to ensure long lasting softness and movement.
