After usage daily, of Promensil Extra Strength Menopause Tablets for about 3 and a half weeks now, I've noticed so far a decrease in night sweats, mood swings that I suffer from. I was gifted this product from Promensil USA and am thankful for the relief I experienced. For an over the counter products I couldn't ask for anything else better. My insomnia seems to be at bay as well. In the package is a 30 tablet one a day. I adore that the product is tested by a clinical team and is for women who are going through menopause. Their aren't any additives or artificial flavors which is a plus. One should take with food daily.
