Effective but Could Not sleep

I am Perimeno at 41. I've started experiencing hot flashes mainly at night so I tried this hoping for relief. I did receive noticeable relief from being hot at night However, while using this product I could not sleep. Not sure if there's a correlation between the two.

Promensil Double Strength 1 Month Supply

After usage daily, of Promensil Extra Strength Menopause Tablets for about 3 and a half weeks now, I've noticed so far a decrease in night sweats, mood swings that I suffer from. it wasnt great

I had high hopes for Promensil Double Strength after reading the claims and some positive reviews, but unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for my menopause symptoms. I took it consistently for over a month and saw no improvement in my hot flashes, night sweats, or mood swings. If anything, I started feeling more bloated and sluggish. The tablets are also quite large and hard to swallow. For the price, I expected some kind of benefit, but I’m left disappointed. Maybe it works for others, but this was a total miss for me. Back to square one.

Great Product

Great herbal remedy! Totally recommend

This herbal supplement works a lot better to help hot flashes than the last herbal supplement I had previously tried from a different brand. Red clover is the main ingredient in this and really seems to work for helping with hot flashes!
