This is my go-to shampoo now. I just absolutely love the scent! I also love how clean my hair feels after rinsing it. I feel like it doesn't leave any residue on my scalp at all! Squeaky clean! Try it!!

wow! This this smells so so so good! I put it on my ends after my shower and it's amazing! My hair is bleached and I feel like this really protects my hair from more damage! The scent is great and leaves my hair not oily for an oil.

This is great to toss in your lunch bag in the morning. It wasn't too sweet and I liked the flavour too. the texture was good too! Reminds me of a smoothie

I really enjoyed this! Normally, I don't like apple sauce, but this one, I did like. I liked the consistency and the flavour very much. not sure if I felt more full with the fibre, but it was a great thing to throw in my lunch bag in the AM

I received the blue and I was pretty excited to highlight or to get a balayage effect. My hair reaches past my shoulders and I thought the whole box will be able to cover my ends and the streaks considering I have fine hair. I was wrong. It didn't cover my hair at all, the blue wasn't strong enough, and along with the brassy orange the lightened bleach kit left my hair, it was an uneven green that was the result. I had to buy a punky blue semi permanent at shoppers that same day to fix it. I did like that it left my hair soft and there was no strong smell. Though thank goodness this was free to test as I will not pay for this inferior product. There are better ones out there!! Took me 6 hours to do this and the lightened kit. And I had my friend do it. Too long. Bad results. -

It did lightened my hair, though I left it on twice as long as instructed as my hair is dyed dark brown, but if didn't lighten it enough to be the blonde I wanted. It made my hair orangy and I didn't really like the colour. I like that it didn't dry... +

Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
I did not enjoy the vanilla flavoured drink. It was too chalky, tastes too much like protein, and even worse, it tasted like a slim fast drink. Yuck. I prefer the chocolate one, and I don't even like chocolate!

I enjoyed this more than the vanilla flavoured one. It tasted good, it went down smooth, and I enjoy it after my workout! Can't really taste the protein really.
