I was so excited when I was given the eos Lip Balm in sweet mint as part of a gift, as I have always loved the unique shape and packaging! I ended up having surgery in late December and my lips were very dry and damaged as a result. I was told to continue using lip balm to moisturize and heal my lips. I was so excited to use the eos Lip Balm, and even brought it with my to the hospital. The results were so disappointing! It did not smooth or heal my lips. They continued to be chapped even after two days of reapplying eos. I kept hoping for different results because I had always loved the packaging and scents of eos lip balms; however, it did not prove effective. I ended up switching to a different brand of lip balm (Vaselline) which worked within a day, and I didn't have to reapply as often. I would recommend the product for aesthetic purposes (cute spheric shape and scents) but not if you want to see any effect to your lips! -

I am sold on the Vaseline Lip Therapy Butter! I recently had surgery and my lips were very damaged and dry after. I was told to continue reapplying lip balm to moisturize them. I used another brand of lip balm and found I was continuously reapplying with little to no effect on my lips. I remembered using Vaseline when I was young and my mom recommended I try it to smooth my lips. It actually worked! It was cheap, found at Shopper's for about $5, and effective! I didn't have to reapply as frequently but saw results within a day! If your lips are dry, chapped or damaged, I would strongly recommend using this product! -

I have been using MAC Studio Fix Fluid for the past ten years! I have very sensitive skin that is prone to break outs. When using other brands of foundation, my skin was always left looking cakey and red. I use foundation to cover my breakouts but found that when I used other brands of foundation, it actually caused more breakouts! After using MAC, my skin felt smooth and looked natural. I love that I don't have to use as much foundation to have just as much coverage. It has actually helped my skin, especially because of the moisturizing formuia and SPF. I will continue to use this product; however, I do wish that it wasn't so expensive as it ends up costing me about $35 a bottle. -

I loved the Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Hair Care Collection. After washing my hair with the Sheer Volume shampoo and conditioner, my hair already feels smoother and healthier, even after it is blow-dried. My straight hair has never had much volume, but after using the shampoo and conditioner, it has been more voluminous and malleable with a curling iron and straightener. After adding a wave to my hair, using the tips provided to me at the Pantene Pro-V Beautiful Hair Event from my hair stylist, I am shocked to see my hair holding a curl. This has also been greatly affected by the Pantene Pro-V long-lasting hair spray I was provided. To be honest, I have even caught my boyfriend using my Pantene Pro-V hair spray to style his hair too! To summarize, I have been pleasantly surprised by the products and would not only purchase them but recommend them to others for purchase! -
