I do not recommend Old Navy Flip Flops, despite the great price point. They provide absolutely no arch support for your feet and can actually damage your bodies natural alignment, creating unnatural pressure points. I developed flat feet in my teenage years which my podiatrist attributed to shoes without arch support, such as cheap flip-flops! Would recommend birkenstocks instead! -

I guess some might say that is a sign of effectiveness, but I did not like the tropical small of the product and couldn't wait to get rid of it! -
