Butterball Turkey Franks

I really enjoyed the Butterball Traditional Turkey Franks. I grilled them on the barbecue which allowed me the enjoy the summer feel of a hot dog but it was nice to know that they are 40% lower in fat than regular hot dogs. They also would work for my gluten free family and friends. Add these to your summer grilling routine if you want a healthier hot dog.

I really enjoyed the Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon. I usually avoid bacon because of how fatty it can be but this turkey bacon has 85% less fat than regular bacon which makes me feel better about eating it. I prepared mine in the microwave which was quick and easy and then used it on my morning breakfast sandwiches. It also was great as addition to burgers this summer and on my turkey BLTs (which gave me double turkey). Definitely recommend if you want to add a little something to your meals to make them feel more special.

This is the first mineral sunscreen that I have tried in a spray format. You really have to shake this sunscreen up both before and while using it and I found that even when I did this, I didn't get the nice consistent spray that I would get from my other sunscreens. Sometimes I wasn't sure if I was actually getting any sunscreen or just air and other times, I would get a lot of sunscreen and would end up with white patches on my skin. When using this you really need to make sure you rub it into your skin otherwise you will end up with patchy white spots on your skin (and I know you should do that with your other spray sunscreens too, but I know a lot of us do not actually do that step). I also found that this sunscreen was used up very quickly compared to the other spray sunscreens that I use. I don't think that this would replace my regular sunscreen for everyday use, but I would definitely look to use it when travelling to places where I need to use a reef safe sunscreen. -

The Listerine Total Care Zero Alcohol Mouthwash gives me the best of both worlds - fresh breath with a less intense mouthwash. The Mild Mint flavour is great if you like mint dental products. I definitely recommend if you want the benefits of mouthwash with a less intense taste. -

I love the look of the packaging of this eye serum and the way that the package dispenses which allows you to get exactly how much you want. Using this eye serum did leave my under eyes smooth and hydrated. My only issue was that there is something in the ingredients that would sometimes make my eyes sting or water and because this is an eye serum it needs to be applied fairly close to your eyes so if you have sensitive eyes you may want to avoid this eye serum. -

Mosquitos love me and this year has been no different. I've had the opportunity to use the Ozonol Non-Stinging Ointment to relieve the itch of my mosquito bites. This does work well to reduce the itch and a little bit goes a long way. Just be warned that this has a strong scent which for me was not pleasant. I would also prefer a different dispenser to allow for less to to come out as you only need the smallest amount when using it to for bug bites. -

I had the opportunity to try the YSL Loveshine Lipstick in 150. This is a great nude lipstick that leans to the pink side. The lipstick glides on very smoothly and it added a nice shine to my lips without being sticky or tacky like a lip gloss. It does leave quite a bit of slip on your lips and does not dry down so it will transfer. For me this is a great lip colour for the summer and for more casual looks. -
