I just read your post on being a military girlfriend and I could not agree more. I am also an ex-military girlfriend. I couldn't figure out how to explain it but you hit the nail on the head. I am what you described and my relationship did not work out and I knew why it didn't but reading what you said made me realize even more why it didn't.
