During the Golden Globes last Sunday, there was one beauty combo we couldn't keep our eyes off of: the smoky eye and nude lip. We saw it interpreted by three ladies, each who pulled it off flawlessly. We love the contrast of the dark, dramatic eye with the subtle feminine lip. A nude lip can scare some people off, but don't freak yet. The trick is finding the perfect shade to match your come hither eyes. Emma Roberts definitely looked mature with this subtle lip. She easily proves that acting chops aren't the only thing that run in that family. Oh how I wish to have the Roberts' fams flawless skin. 


Another smoky eye winner that night was Kate Mara, although her change to blonde hair was dramatic, we were focused on those dark smoky eyes that worked well with the new voluminous do. 


Kerry Washington looked beautiful with plump nude lips and darker eyes. Her skin is glowing with soft peachy cheeks, I only wish I'll look this good when I'm pregnant. Never mind, even when I'm not pregnant.
