What's New: Nicole By OPI Gossip Girl Collection
Imagine if your mom was the founder of one of the coolest nail polish brands around and one day announced she was taking you to New York to meet the cast of Gossip Girl for inspiration on her latest collection?
That's what OPI founder, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann did with her daughter to create this limited edition line of Upper East Side inspired colours. Too Rich for You, Scandals, Secrets and Sparkle, Party in the Penthouse and Nicole... Spotted! (l-r) are the result of their visit to the set, which included one on one time with Blake Lively and Chase Crawford.
Suzi said of their visit, "The first thing I said when I saw Chase was, 'You are just the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen!' My daughter was so embarrassed!"
For the Toronto media launch, Suzi wore her favourite shade, Party in the Penthouse. Beauty Editors in attendance swooned over similar shade, Too Rich for You.
Like all OPI polishes, Nicole by OPI contains no DBP, toluene or formaldehyde. They retail for $10.49 at mass retailers like Wal-Mart. The Gossip Girl collection hits stores mid August.
