As a busy mom, I’m going to admit that I would never in a million years try to caramelize or fry onions from scratch, but I really like the crunch of fried onions. These Queen’s Premium Original Crispy Onions are exactly what someone like me needs to make life easier but not boring. They have a nice golden colour and a clean tase that isn’t greasy at all. I used it on my chicken sandwich and it went from basic to gourmet in seconds. 10/10 recommend!

After back-to-back manicures I decided that my nails needed a reset. When I removed my polish, I noticed just how bad my cuticles were looking. I started using the L’Occitane Shea Nail & Cuticle Oil and it made a huge difference. I really like the consistency of this oil. The brush tip makes it so easy to apply and virtually mess free, but the oil is thick and stays exactly where you put it. It doesn’t feel extra greasy either. After massaging it in, you can see how moisturized your nailbeds and cuticles become. Try it!!

I’ll be honest, I didn't know if passionfruit and teriyaki would go together, but I took the risk with Rude Mama’s Passionfruit Hot Sauce and it was amazing in my chicken teriyaki udon! The first thing that hits you is the tropical acidity. It has the initial sweetness and then the heat creeps up on the back of your throat. It was so good; it actually made the flavours in my dish pop. I couldn’t resist, I had to add a bit extra on top!

I really enjoyed the convenience of this instant coffee. I must say Hatch did not compromise on the quality by making it convenient. I feel like I am always rushing due to having a very needy infant, and one of the only things I enjoy is my morning coffee. Now I don’t have to sacrifice time and effort for taste. My favourite way to prepare this is in an iced latte. Even though I add the crystals to cold, icy water, it still dissolves so easily. The taste is bold but smooth, and it really gives the depth of roasted coffee beans despite being instant. I think it’s really worth the shot if you’re a coffee snob. I’m definitely keeping a few pouches in my baby bag for days when I need saving!

After using a few drops of this before bed it has made a big difference. The glycerin in it helps to moisturize and soothe the inside of her nose, and the saline softens up all the crusties. It’s a gentle way to keep her breathing comfortably all through the winter, and she doesn’t mind it at all! -

I’ve had sugar-free gummies in the past that have a weird aftertaste and a rubbery texture. But these gummies have a very soft texture more like a wine gummy but they don't get stuck in your teeth. As for the taste, the flavours are very natural. There is zero medicinal aftertaste, which is a huge win. Because they are sugar-free and plant-based, I feel comfortable taking them first thing in the morning, without worrying about a glucose spike. Since they taste so good, I actually remember to take them. As someone who is mindful of clean ingredients, I love that I'm not compromising my diet just to get my vitamins in!

I usually hate the heavy, chalky, white cast that mineral sunscreens leave behind. However, after trying the Birch Babe one, my mind has been changed. The texture is surprisingly creamy and feels more like a thick moisturizer than a zinc paste. But the real winner for me is the coconut scent. It smells divine! Honestly, this mineral SPF feels like actual skincare rather than just boring old smelly sunscreen.

I like the idea of using this supplement because it guarantees that she gets her daily required intake. I love that the formula does not have a bunch of unnecessary fillers either. It’s lemon flavoured and does have a slight scent, but nothing that bothers her. The included dropper makes it very easy to measure, and I mix it into her purees and she takes it no problem! -
