I picked up the 30-pack at Costco and I'm obsessed. The Berry Lemonade flavour is delicious, naturally sweet with a bit of tartness, and mixes really easily without any clumps. I keep a few sticks in my purse when running errands. It’s packed with vitamins and electrolytes, which helps me stay hydrated way better than plain water, and I don’t have to feel guilty since it only has 2g of sugar.

My scalp feels so healthy as well. I’ve been battling the effects of post-partum hair loss, and this is the perfect serum to get my hair regrowth journey going. Before this, I was using one product for my face and a totally different, stronger one for my body acne (bacne). This two in one makes it so much easier. I use it for the quick wash on my face and let it sit for a few minutes on my body in the shower, and the results have been great. It clears up existing breakouts on both areas and keeps new ones from popping up. The best part is that it doesn’t’ strip my skin completely.

Let me tell you it is a must-have tool for anyone tired of the struggle of having crooked frames. My husband is always tired of me saying “a little to the left…more to the right”. This little handy device made it so easy. It comes in a nice handy carry case for protection. It has a large, digital display which gives a precise reading. My picture was perfectly level in seconds. It also has a nice magnetic strip making it hands-free on some surfaces. It’s definitely an essential upgrade for any DIY-ers like myself! -

I went on a hike with my husband and baby and packed Hardbite’s Pumpkin to Talk About Chips as our after-hike snack. It was THE perfect snack for a fall hike. The sweet potato chips were very crunchy and coated with a light dusting of pumpkin spice flavour. It was sweet and salty in perfect balance. The pumpkin spice flavour was not too overpowering. This flavour is limited edition so I would suggest trying it while it is available. Great option for the season.

Whenever I have to pack for a trip, my regular towel takes up all the space in my luggage. That is until I found the Talii bath sheet as the perfect replacement. It’s massive, fluffy, soft and can be used in so many ways. I’ve even used it as a blanket on a chilly night by the campfire. The coral shade is so vibrant. You seriously can’t beat how compact this towel is. My husband says he wants one as a permanent addition to his emergency car kit. Honestly, the versatility alone makes it so worth it!

I like switching things up a bit and had the chance to try the Butterball Turkey Franks. I decided to add them to my baked beans and they were a great alternative to regular franks. They have a very juicy texture and stay plump when cooked and don’t dry out or fall apart. They were a hit in my family. I’m grateful that they are so high in protein and made in Canada as well. I think they are a healthier choice overall.

I’ve used turkey bacon in the past that had a processed texture but this one was meatier like a traditional bacon. It has a smoky flavour and crisps up nicely without the greasiness. I feel like overall it’s a healthier choice to cut down on fat intake. I also love that it is made in Canada.

After using gel polish on my nails, I’m always left with some discolouration and texture on my nail beds. I usually just wait for them to heal on their own or grow out completely. When I tried Kerasal Nighttime Renewal Nail Patches I was happy to find something that is so simple and mess free and helps overnight. The peel-and-stick patch concept is great and I prefer it to any kind of cream or liquid application. After repeated use on the same nail for a few days, the yellowing became much lighter. I think it’s a great product for keeping nails looking healthy. -
