Recently I needed to get a ton of photo's printed and in different sizes, I had used an online company, but the wait was too long - I needed the pictures immediately to make a few memory boards for my fathers funeral.
I used a Kiosk at a Rexall that is near my home. It was so easy to use, I plugged my iphone and away I went. I was able to create a few different orders, due to different size pictures I needed and due to a few that I wanted boarders added. Prior to the final products being printed the screen prompted me as there were some pictures that were blurry and a few that would have been cut off - it was easy to follow the prompts and fix them all before printing.
When finished it prints out a receipt, which i took to the counter and obtained a 4 digit password and paid. The pictures printed immediately and the cost was cheap, for around $16 I printed about 30 odd pictures in various sizes. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend these Kodak Memory Kiosks and will continue to use them in the future.

I bought this frozen entree at Costco today, a pack of two for $12.99. The packaging is appealing, it appears to be made by the actual Thai Express Franchise and you could see the noodles and dumplings through the clear pastic part of the packaging.
The instructions for cooking were for the microwave only, suggests to cook between 4-6 minutes, ours was perfect at 5 minutes. Do note though, your not to lift or puncture the plastic covering as it will inflate as it heats. Ours didn't inflate much and a lot of the sesame seeds were melted into the plastic.
As far as taste, it was good and it was spicy - I dislike spicy food, so I ate a fair bit until I couldn't stand the spice any longer. The dumplings were delicious and large in size, the broccoli was fabulous, it was not soggy, but sightly firm almost like it was steamed. The spiciness is from the sauce, which I had already thoroughly mixed through when I removed the plastic film. The noodles tasted great and were not soggy, but they soaked up the sauce, therefore the most spicy part of the meal.
Overall, it was a great fresh healty frozen entree, my hubby loved his, and ate the rest of mine, he didn't find it very spicy, but he loves hot stuff. I would buy them again, great for a quick meal when we don't have time to cook and my hubby can take them for lunch.

If I don't make my own from scratch, then the summer fresh is the normal brand we eat. I enjoy all of their flavors, but my favorite is the Roasted Red Pepper as it has a bit of a mild spice to it and has an overall better hummus flavor to it in my opinion. We easily eat a small tub or two each week as we use it in so many things such as crackers, dipped for veggies and my favorite is to make a pita wrap and add spread it on the side of the pita in place of a dressing and take it to work for lunch a couple of times per week. -

I enjoy this salad because it's super fresh, the dressing tastes like a mild lemony herb and oil, I like that it is mild so it doesn't mask out the taste of the individual ingredients that makes the salad so damn delicious. Some of the ingredients besides quinoa are mung beans, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes and an array of spices. This salad is perfect as a side dish to fish or chicken, it's hearty enough for me to eat on it's on for lunch and I sometimes I will warm it in the microwave for half a minute.
If you love quinoa and love fresh salads, you must give this a try, you won't be disappointed.

Went to Costco today to renew our membership and only planned on grabbing a few groceries. Our small grocery list grew and a few hundred dollars later we left with a cart full.
One of the taste test booths was giving out samples of these crackers with some type of semi soft white cheese. Both myself and my hubby really liked them and bought a box, but decided against the cheese. We got them on sale, a big box with 2 packages inside for around $8. As I sit here writing my review, I am snacking on a few dipped in hummus, but they are super yummy on their own.
These are super crunchy and it's satisfying my need for carbs and crunch. They taste really fresh and seedy with sesame, quinoa, flax as well as amaranth seeds. I find some gluten free crackers I dislike simply because I find they can be tasteless and I compared them to eating cardboard.
I believe I have found my new go to snack, which just happens to be calorie friendly, made with mega nutrients, protein and fiber as a bonus. Goodbye potato chips and hello crunch-master, guilt free snacking!

My boyfriend buys these in a large pack of 20 or more and one day when my blade was dull and the moisture ribbon gone on my infusion and I didn't have any refills left, I tried one of his out of desperation.
To my surprise these disposable razors are great and I got a close shave. I liked the ribbed handle, it's easier to grip and apply the right amount of pressure. I also liked the small moisture ribbon, it doesn't last more than a few shaves but either do the blades.
These are not my every day razor for my under arms and legs, however I regularly use them to shave off the pesky dark black hairs that grow on both my big toes lol. My boyfriend recommends and so do I!

I have been trying the various masks that Shoppers Drug Mart sells, usually they are 3 for $5.00, First thing I noted is that the white mask was sopping wet with the gel like liquid and also the mask was really cold while applied and stayed cold for the full 15 minutes and it sort of tingled. I had heard it stung for others, but not in my case, I had no skin irritation whatsoever.
It really hydrated my skin but I'm not convinced it cleaned out my pores. I thought that the mask might dry and when removed it would pull out the dirt and unclog my pores, which it did not. Days after use my pores looked the same and I still had visible black heads, for this reason I probably would not purchase this specific sheet mask again

I have two favorite florists in the Kawartha's (Lindsay) Kent's being one that is family owned, that I always order from, The staff are very helpful and pleasant. They carry a huge selection of fresh, beautiful and affordable flowers and plants. My dad passed away recently and a few out of town family members ordered arrangements from them. All were pleased with ordering over the phone and mentioned their prices were affordable. I too have ordered from them asking them to make a general bouquet to be delivered to my mom at work, the arrangement was gorgeous!
This is one of the few florists in town that does not charge and arm an a leg for roses on valentines day either, they do increase their prices but not my much.
The attached picture is of planter I received from my boyfriends family, the picture does not do it justice - it's just full of beautiful flowers with a large Lilly in the middle. I highly recommend Kent's, they have been in business for 20+ years and still going strong.

We had dinner here a few days ago. Firstly the service was amazing, our waitress asked if we'd rather our own large Caesar salad bowl instead of one and as we both wanted Caesar - we declined but could have because we ended up asking for another. She brought the warm bread loaf immediately and kept bringing them to the tables she was looking after without being asked. I ordered the Linguine Chicken Amatriciana and my boyfriend ordered the Veal Parmesan with garlic potato wedges. When our orders arrived his only had one piece of veal, when the menu stated 2 were to come, He specifically ordered this dish, not only because he loves it, but because with 2 he was planning on taking one to work the next day for lunch. He brought up the missing piece with our waitress and her response was 'the kitchen does whatever they want, sometimes with 2 pieces, sometimes with 1. She agreed with him and the false advertising and said she would speak to her manager, than came back and said the manager would be over to talk with us. He never to our table, but she did bring him another piece, stating she just asked the kitchen to make another, we really appreciated that she took the initiative. Besides that small hick-up we enjoyed our meals, I ate some of his creamy garlic wedges and they were so creamy and tons of garlic that melted in your mouth and both had left-overs. -

We were disappointed with the online delivery for a few reasons. The portions for both our pasta dishes were definitely smaller than what you would get if you ate in. The salads came with small plastic cups of Caesar salad dressing which was not enough to coat all the lettuce, and again the salad portion was notability smaller. We thought because we ordered 2 pasta dishes, and they included 2 Caesar salads but only one bread roll.
I will say the pasta dishes we ordered being 2 of the 'Linguine Chicken Amatriciana' were delicious, but again being smaller in size. I ate my whole pasta dish and normally I always have left overs to take to work the next dayl
