I love pimple patches for protecting my breakouts and these have active ingredients like tea tree oil and salicylic acid to help heal my acne while I sleep!
I like that they have multiple sizes for multiple sizes of breakouts! The patch did pull some gunk from my acne but not as dramatically as other brands have.
However, it did have the sticking power to stay on there all night!

I love running even though I’m no track star, and I always drink @roarorganiccanada to recover because it’s full of natural electrolytes and coconut water, tastes great and makes me feel good. I hadn’t tried this strawberry lemonade flavour yet as cucumber watermelon is my favourite but I was surprised how much I like this flavour! It’s not too sweet but satisfies after physical activity.

I find these sleep gummies so easy to incorporate into my bedtime routine. Not only does taking my vitamin as a gummy make me way more likely to continue taking it, but the flavour is a mild fruity cherry flavour and the texture is nice, not too chewy! The blend of melatonin and other herbs helps me to get a deeper sleep with less wake-ups and I feel refreshed in the morning. I love that they’re sugar free as I often forget to take my vitamins before brushing my teeth and this way I can pop them in guilt free even after brushing my teeth! -

I’ve been turning to @goldysjustright Superseed cereal on mornings when I need something easy and delicious.
This blueberry ginger flavour is wonderful, the dried blueberries give a kick of flavour and texture, and the seeds give a good crunch that elevates the normal chia seed pudding! Add some fresh fruit and it’s decadent, not to mention full of fibre.
Just 1/4 cup of the cereal, 1/4 cups of the milk, stir, wait three minutes, and voila!
This is a quick and nutritious start to my day, I’m loving it!

I liked the light, creamy strawberry kefir flavour, and it definitely got things moving in the digestive tract in the mornings. I think my skin is looking well too, perhaps in part to the collagen in this mix.
Overall an easy way to add something healthy to your morning routine!

I love ferreros so this was like falling in love again, the milk chocolate was classically delicious, but a surprise twist for me was how much I liked the white chocolate! What a lovely little ritual to treat myself to after a shower. Heavenly!
