I've received this product courtesy of Febreeze and Chickadvisor for over a week now, and have started using it as soon as I received it. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to truly experience if this product was any different from other air fresheners.
Let me start by saying I love air fresheners. I've tried all the types I can think of but I can't say I've actually found THE ONE in room fresheners. I just recently moved into my own place and was looking for an affordable air freshener, that will actually freshen the air (not just add more smells to a closed area) and will last me at least a month. Right around that time, ChickAdvisor selected me as one of the testers for this new product!
This is really 2 air fresheners in 1. You have two scents that alternately spray into the air, so the air always smells fresh and new. I plugged the lavender and vanilla into my living room. Not only me, but anyone who visits loves the smell too! I was a bit hesitant about the lavender and vanilla, thinking it would be a thicker sweeter smell. It does smell sweet but in a very spring/summer fresh kinda way. I have it on the lowest setting, and I find that enough to fill the whole area. I've been using it for a little over a week now and the liquids in both bottles appear still very much full, so hopefully this will last a month easily as it promises.
Another thing I love about this freshener is the plug. It rotates!! Such a simple idea, but not sure why others haven't picked up on it sooner. Not every plug in the house is available the same way, so the fact this plug rotates is an awesome bonus. This simple feature means that I can plug this air freshener anywhere in any room!
I've had many friends and visitors comment on how fresh and good my home smells, and I've been quick to tell them about this product. All in all, I love this product and think it'll be a staple in my home for a long time. I think $11/mo to keep my home smelling fresh, clean, and new is more than worth it. I definitely recommend this product.

First of all: This movie is currently not out on DVD. It's still being played at the theaters, so I actually watched this at Cineplex.
I like all sorts of movies, from comedies, romance /rom-coms, action, thriller, horror, drama, and even guy flicks. This movie doesn't fall into any of the above. The sweet and short of it is: It's a pretty dirty movie. There are several soft-porn scenes, and incredibly dirty toilet scenes..poor me I was sitting near the front of the theater! *shudder*
I really found this movie didn't have a beginning, middle or end. I spent the entire time either closing my eyes (dirty toilet scenes), cringing of embarrassment (soft-porn scenes) and massaging away a headache when the camera man chose to run alongside the actors. By the way, whats up with that?? Do directors think that having a jolting running effect makes the audience feel more involved with the movie? All that does to me is make me feel nauseous and gives me a headache.
The story wasn't well explained, I'm not entirely sure what message the director was trying to portray, and there was no conclusion. The only reason I sat through the whole thing is because I kept hoping beyond hope that it'll pick up and somehow become good (actually, I was more likely delaying leaving the theater and facing the icy cold weather outside!).
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. If you must watch it, then wait until the DVD comes out and borrow it (don't buy). This is a total waste of time, money and reel.

This unit is an entire fun workout system. All the Kinect games I've played so far involve a lot of ducking, dodging, jumping and just plain moving. All the games are extremely interactive and fun (I especially love Kinect Adventures) and gets your heart pumping. This unit is revolutionizing the gaming world. I'm sure it will help kick into shape many of today's unhealthy gamers.
I'm looking forward to some gamer eye candies in the near future ;-)

This console is for everyone. It has all sorts of games, and for the times you want to kick back with a movie, you can do that too! I've actually gotten Kinect with my Xbox and can you say ah-may-zing? The technology behind this little thing is stunning and unheard of just a few years back! It takes the controller-less feature of the Wii up a few notches and makes for true controller free gaming experience.
If anyone is looking to upgrade their console, I would highly recommend this product.

I already have thick hair, but I got rid of all my layers so the layered 'big top' look that's so in right now is missing. I don't always like having the big head look, which is why I've been looking for a product that will give me the extra oomph when I want it.
I saw this sitting next to more expensive brands and figured since this is my first volume mousse, better try a cheaper one and start from there.
Boy am I glad I went for this!! This product really delivers! There are too many products out there that have beautiful packaging, awesome advertisements, and does absolutely nothing. This product isn't one of them.
After I come out of the shower, I take a little bit of the mouse and massage it into the top of my scalp -roots of the hair that I want volumized. I blow dry my hair and voila, instant layered thick look!! It doesn't look wet, or dirty or anything bad. It just looks like fluffy, healthy, thick layered hair.
I have already recommended this product to my thin haired girls and they love it too. Two thumbs up.

I tried this on my friend and was blown away! I tried the "medium" one on her and it gave her entire face a beautiful flow. She has naturally beautiful skin, but the skin under her eyes is quite dark, giving her eyes the hollow look and making her entire face look dull and aged. I tried the Benefit ErasePaste in "medium" on her, and it was like magic!! The under eye circles just vanished! I didn't have to blend much, the medium colour suited her like a second skin, and just "erased" the under eye shadows, perked up her entire face and made it glow like I've never seen before. We couldn't tell that she had anything on at all. It was completely natural, didn't give the 'product' look that some concealers do. It just erased the darkness as if it was never there. She had baby fresh skin!!
I'm thinking of buying this for her for her birthday. For the quality and effectiveness of the product, the price is well worth it!!
P.s. I've tried it on myself but it doesn't really do it for me. I don't have much under eye shadow, and what little I have is easily concealed with regular powder or foundation. I don't need the extra concealer.

First of all, this is what the UD website has to say:
THIS is how Urban Decay does neutral! Far from a group of boring beige shadows, this long, lean, seductive case is packed with TWELVE gorgeous neutrals. Shades range from delicate champagnes to dark, gritty gunmetal, and feature FIVE NEW shades with names like Darkhorse, Virgin and Buck. We've also included a range of textures: everything from glitter to shimmer to matte.
Price:
In other words, you are buying 12 fully sized eye shadows, several of which are made exclusively for this palette for about $53 tax CAD. Typically each Urban Decay eye shadow costs anywhere around $17CAD and up. If you were buying these eye shadows individually you would be paying on average 12 x $17 = $204 tax. Instead you are paying about $53 tax and UD is throwing in dual ended eyeliner and their famous Primer Potion for free!
Quality
Urban Decay takes 'neutral' to a new level! They do neutral, not washed out. These are gorgeous matt, shimmer, sparkly eye shadows that are perfect for a day at the office, out with friends or a night out. These are super bendable colours you can mix and blend (or wear 'em alone) to create tons of new looks that are perfect for any occasion. The quality of the product is typical UD - aka very good quality. They don't crease, bleed, or do any of the other gross things that eye shadows tend to do. And if you use a primer potion under the eye shadow then you're golden.
Effectiveness
The colours range from Nude to Dark Grey Metallic. Each flatters the other for a new look every time. All of the colours are vibrant, pigmented and long lasting.
Needless to say I would definitely recommend this product to one and all. The only "con" is, because it is SO good and SUCH a deal, it's in great demand and therefore not readily available. You really have to look for this product diligently to buy it.

I have a few shades from this line, but am currently wearing "jumping jade", and I just love it. If you're looking for a super fast drying, shiny, bold colour, then look no further. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Where do I start? I was almost nearing the end of my Rogers cellphone contract a few years back when they came out with the latest (at the time) BB. I wanted it, thinking that I would get it for the 'new customer discounted price' but boy was I wrong! I had to talk to retention and threaten to cancel (which I easily could have as I was less than a month away from my contract ending) to get the new user discount.
So number one concern: why are new users treated so much better than consistent loyal "valued" customers? They get phones at a discounted price, but if existing customers want that phone, we need to pay retail?
And number two: It's not fair that the 'deal' you get with Rogers depends on how rude you can be to their CSR. A friend of mine has an awesome deal on his rogers cellphone because he was able to bully the customer support rep into setting it up for him. Whereas I am a total push over, and I just can't, absolutely can't be rude to them, and I end up with a crappy plan! I'm not grudging my friend his plan, but if that is something that Rogers can afford to give us, I'd like to see them play fair and let it be legally available for everyone. It's not a bazar where bargaining is expected and the loudest biggest bargainer wins. Is it?
So I foolishly sighed another 3yr contract just to get the phone (to my defense, there wasn't other options out there at the time).
My home phone and Internet contract was at an end and Bell was offering a much better deal (less than half of what I was paying with no contract at all) so I opted to switch over. Rogers called me almost daily for the first month trying to convince me to switch back, which I don't blame them for, but nor did I switch back. However, here's something confusing for you: Even though Bell took over my home phone from Rogers, and even though I canceled my Rogers internet about 3 months ago, and even though I returned ALL the equipment (including network and coaxial cables timely, and have the receipt to prove it) , Rogers STILL BILLED ME for both canceled services!! And here's the kicker: Since about 3 months ago (same time as I canceled the home phone and internet), I stopped receiving any paper bills in my mail. So they would charge me for items that are appearing canceled on their side, but they wouldn't send me my usual bill by mail so I had no way of knowing that I had to pay on canceled service!
For the past 3 months, every month I make it a practice to call Rogers and see how much I owe them, then talk to a minimum of 3 customer reps before I get transferred to a manager who then finds "gasp" they're billing me for service that has been canceled on their end 3 months ago (3 appears to be my lucky number with Rogers)! Each month I spent a few hours on the phone sorting this out, them promising me it won't happen again, only for it to ... happen again!!
I don't know when this cycle will end. I really don't have the time to spend on average 2 - 3 hrs a month on the phone with Rogers (each time a rep decides they can't help you, they transfer you back to the queue where you again wait for someone to pick up, only to be transferred again)!! But I don't want to have a so called bill accumulate behind my back on canceled services either.
I find it too much of a coincidence that they had a system glitch that prevented the bill to come to my address for the last few months, and at the same time have been billing me for canceled services... I find it hard to believe, and also very petty of such a big company.
I wouldn't wish Rogers on my worst enemy!

My brother bought me this on my birthday and it was lust at first sight!!
It's easy to navigate through, add music to and the sound is terrific. That's just grazing the service of this versatile toy! You can watch movies, browse the web, check your emails, go on youtube (or chickadvisor!) and just have tons of fun. You can visit the Apple shop on this device and download tons of fun free applications and games.
The only bit of improvement I would do on this is I would allow for regular drag/drop music / videos onto the device as you would onto a regular mp3/mp4 player instead of doing so via iTunes. Then again, by doing it through iTunes you're ensuring that you're not wasting space by copying multiple copies of the same file into different 'playlists' (similar to a folder in windows but not quite)..so maybe i wouldn't change a thing! :-)
It's an expensive toy, but in my opinion, well worth the money.
