Skincare over 40 means not forgetting your neck and decolletage! I've been using the Neostrata triple action cream morning and evening, incorporating it into my regular skincare routine. I love the formula, the cream is absorbed so well (no sticky residue) and my skin looks and feels better! My skin definitely looks and feels smoother and firmer.
This has become a staple in my skin care routine!

I started using Date Syrup as a swap for sugar and it's so delicious! It definitely tastes like dates, but in the best way, it gives that natural sweetness without being too much. I’ve been drizzling it on oatmeal in the mornings, over pancakes for the kids, and even adding it into smoothies. It sweetens everything just enough without that heavy, processed sugar feeling. Plus, it’s literally just organic dates, no other ingredients. Honestly, it’s such an easy swap that makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself and my family. Highly recommend if you’re trying to cut back on sugar but still want that sweetness.

I’ve been using the OC Beauty Bergamot and Tangerine Shampoo and Conditioner Bars for a week and I’m genuinely impressed with how well they performed together. I gave my hair time to adjust, and the results speak for themselves! My hair feels clean, soft, and incredibly shiny.
The shampoo bar lathers easily and gives a deep cleanse without over drying my scalp. My hair felt refreshed after each wash, and I noticed I could go longer between washes without my scalp getting oily.
The conditioner bar is lightweight but hydrating. It left my hair soft and manageable without any heaviness or buildup. I air dried my hair without using any other products, and it looked healthy, smooth, and shiny.
I would definitely repurchase this amazing duo!

Okay...can we start with the bottle?!? It’s silver, sparkly, and honestly so beautiful. Caught my eye instantly and left me intrigued to see how the formula would be.
The flavour is called Dazzle Mint and it definitely was a fresh mint. I appreciated that it wasn't a harsh mint and love that it didn't have that initial burning sensation that most mouthwashes do.
The formula is so good. It left my mouth feeling super clean and fresh without that intense burning feeling. It’s minty, but not overpowering, just the right amount. I noticed right after I spit it out how fresh my mouth felt!
What I really love is that it whitens without peroxide, which is amazing because my teeth are a bit sensitive. And it’s alcohol and dye free...which is amazing for me.
This is actually my first time trying something from TheraBreath and I’m so impressed. Definitely trying more from them!

It gives me peace of mind knowing it's made with natural ingredients and safe for everyone in the family. Definitely something we bring with us on every walk now. So grateful for products like this! I absolutely loved this product! I originally got the large size thinking I’d use it as a headband, but I ended up using it on my dog instead, and it worked out perfectly. She’s a small dog, so I was able to wrap it around her neck twice and it fit just right.
I sprayed the lava beads with the Tick Attack repellent, let it dry, and then put it on her. It’s such an easy and convenient way to keep ticks away...and it actually works! I love the scent too, it’s fresh, not overpowering. The band itself is lightweight and comfortable, and I like knowing I can reuse it by just reapplying the repellent. Such a smart, multi-use product!
