Obsessed with coffee but dread the caffeine crash that follows?
As a homeschooling mom of four, I love sipping on coffee throughout the day. But, before I notice...I'm on my third cup of coffee my caffeine jitters are out of control. This is why I love having a caffeine alternative. I love the taste and I'm still able to enjoy my caramel latte just without the jitters and caffeine crash.
I also love that it's made from natural ingredients, making my delicious lattes guilt free.
Have you ever tasted a caffeine free Caramel latte? If not, you're definitely missing out. They're so delicious 😋

This is what I used to make my overnight oatmeal:
Oatally Awesome Oatmeal
Chia seeds
Coconut milk + vanilla Greek yogurt
Drizzle of honey
Fresh shredded coconut ( I buy it frozen and then thaw it out
Mixed tropical frozen fruits
Sliced almonds
I left it in the fridge overnight, and enjoyed it in the morning. It was the perfect grab and go breakfast. I love how soft and creamy it is. Best of all, it's packed with protein, fiber, iron, and calcium.

We are HUGE God of War fans and I knew I needed the entire collection of action figures when I saw them. I'm personally blown away by the intricate details and all of the accessories that come with him. The versatile accessories make him that much more customizable. I also think it's absolutely incredible that the action figure has double jointed knees which make creating poses more easily.
My husband quickly put this with the rest of his collection. We can wait to collect them all!

I personally love pairing the Almond oil with the Muscle Zen, because I find that almond oil makes the perfect carrier when used with an essential oil. When used together, it's absorbed well into the skin and leaves it so soft and hydrated. I love massaging my necks, feet and legs with this mixture especially after a long day of work.

I love the Muscle Zen essential oil, I use it in my oil diffuser when I need to wind down or I combine it with Almond oil to create the perfect muscle rub.
The best way to describe this scent is spicy with a hint of sweetness. The first thing I smell is the clover bud, eucalyptus and then you get hints of the peppermint, ginger; and then with the blue tansy, black pepper and wintergreen it makes the most beautiful mix of aroma. It's a very soothing and relaxing combination.
I love massaging my necks, feet and legs with this mixture especially after a long day of work.
I would definitely repurchase this. I use it everyday!

I love that it uses natural ingredients and the fact that the medication is for the complete 7 days. I will definitely be repurchasing this treatment again and have it on hand just for next time.

Initially I was a bit nervous to try this because they were little gel packets that you take without diluting in water. But, I was relieved that they didn't taste bad, they were actually a little sweet. I usually know what foods trigger my acid reflux and depending at what time I eat, I will usually wake up with acid reflux. I took this as directed and made sure not to drink or eat anything at all for at least 30 minutes. Just to stay on the safe side, I didn't eat or drink anything for at least a couple of hours afterwards. I took this mostly before bed so it wasn't an issue. I think it definitely did work and did relieve symptoms. I didn't wake up at night due to acid reflux nor did I have to sleep sitting up (which I usually do). I think if taken as per the directions...it works perfectly. This worked much better and longer than most of the other over the counter medication I have previously taken. I now take it with me everywhere I go! I love how small the packs are and they're easy to take with you. I would definitely recommend this! -
