I love the Essentials toothpaste! The fact that it doesn’t have any unnecessary ingredients like SLS and artificial flavours/dyes makes me feel good about using it multiple times a day. It takes a while to really start to see whiter teeth, I'd say a couple weeks at least. My teeth feel really clean after using it. The taste is not as bad as I would have expected from charcoal. No really bad after taste and no black everywhere. I will be certainly using this one in the future. The packaging is typical with a cardboard box and normal toothpaste tube inside. The one thing I enjoyed about this is the tube has a flip lid and not a tiny little twist off cap. The only downfall is the packaging claims whiter teeth in 3 days, I certainly didn't see any difference that fast. -

This little tool is pretty impressive and a safe way to clean your ear wax. I love that it comes in a case to keep everything clean and tidy. The handle has an arrow to show you which way to twist the Smart Swab in your ear, so when I think which way was it again I can just look at it quick. The entire concept is genius! Everyone should be using these and throwing out cotton swabs for good.
I was guilty of using Qtips my entire life until one day I started experiencing vertigo. It continued for months until I found out after hearing tests and numerous doctor visits I actually had a buildup of ear wax from using Qtips. Qtips are not meant to go in your ear and like most of us we are guilty of pushing them too far. If you have ever put a Qtip actually in your ear canal STOP! The truth is they can cause more harm than good, you can push the ear wax farther in which can cause the wax to compact like it did with me or discomfort. You can rupture your ear drum or after a shower force water in too far, hurting your hearing bones can lead to dizziness, hearing loss, and ringing.
I use the Smart Swab every day before a shower and my ears have never been better. The package comes with 16 disposable tips. I imagine these can be washed and sterilized to be reused because they are a flexible plastic. When I used it the first time I didn’t see much results, I thought a lot more would have come out. After using it for a week I am impressed and my ears are clean! Don’t try moving the Smart Swab in different angles while it’s in, the end will just pop off.
Trust me having vertigo was not fun and really took a toll on my health and work. When I figured out Qtips were the culprit I never touch one again, so I was very excited to see the Smart Swab. It works well, is very gentle and would be great for anyone even with small sensitive ears. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of how gentle and effect it is.

Collagen has become more popular and is used in many skin care and protein powders. Our body naturally makes collagen to keep the elasticity strong in our skin, and support our bones, muscles, organs and blood vessels. Our collagen production starts to slow down as we age and by the time your 30 years old you are already losing about 2% a year.
Coffee Booster Collagen has pure hydrolyzed bovine collagen. This collagen is derived from cows and has the most recognizable collagen to our body. We do get collagen from foods we eat but our body needs many different vitamins to absorb and use it properly. The older you get the longer or less vitamins your body can absorb like it used to. Many things can decrease your collagen production such as sun damage, sugars, and toxins like smoking. Hydrolyzed is when the collagen protein is broken down so it can dissolve and be used in drinks. I have a hard time swallowing pills and this liquid has been fantastic. There is no taste or smell and I can carry the little bottle in my purse. Fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging is all contributed to collagen loss so if you are looking to have a firmer younger skin and keep your overall body health strong this is a super convenient option. It has also helped my inflammation and is perfect for those with arthritis and pain. I wish the bottle was much bigger, you only get 10 uses. By the middle of the day I start to feel like I’m in a slump and the Coffee Booster Mind has given me that little boost I need. Even when I wake up in the morning this little bottle helps me be more alert when driving and planning my day.
I can take them anywhere with me, the bottles are travel size and fit in my purse without adding a lot of weight. There is no taste or colour and I can’t even notice a different after adding it to my drink.
Somedays I use it in the morning and some in the afternoon depending how I am feeling. With only 2 squirts it’s quick and easy to add in to any kind of drink hot or cold. With natural ingredients I feel so much better using Coffee Booster Mind than having an energy drink full of sugar and chemicals. The bottle has a flip up lid that stays closed in my purse with no leaks. You have to give good pressure to squeeze it out into your drink so there’s no mess if you’re on the go. Each bottle has a different colour so I never mix them up and the label is easy to read with all the nutrition facts and ingredients on the back.
With only 2 squirts you get 25% of your daily needs of Vitamin B6. Your brain needs B6 for development and helps it function better throughout the day. You will be in a better mood and have less stress after taking it. One of the featured ingredients is L-Theanine it improves your serotonin and dopamine levels to regulate your emotions, mood, concentration, energy, alertness, appetite and sleep. The other star ingredient is Glucuronolactone and it is found in many energy drinks. It is a normal product of glucose breakdown in your liver and will help to detoxify.
I like that the Coffee Booster Mind bottle is red so I can see it in my purse without digging around. I carry it with me everywhere! I have noticed a big difference with my mind after using these drops. I am more alert and sharp. I can concentrate no problem in the morning and love that there’s no taste. It’s sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and flavorless so anyone can use it. Definitely really happy with the Coffee Booster Mind I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only because there should be an option for a bigger bottle, this only gives you 10 uses.

I was really excited to try these new Mini-Wheats! I eat the original almost every day and find they help with my digestion. The Cocoa inside is a nice new twist that everyone will love from young to old. With a hint of cinnamon and chocolate inside they sound amazing and couldn’t wait to get the box open.
These taste like regular Mini-Wheats without the frosting. The biscuit is they exact same and when milk is added goes soft in a few seconds. I like that the chocolate inside isn’t to overly sweet and is 100% real cocoa. They defiantly got the chocolate filling right. There is no different texture you can feel when biting into them, just a small burst of chocolate in your mouth. The one thing I noticed right away is the sweetness to the biscuit is gone instantly when it hits the milk. I feel these should be frosted coated, they would be that much better. With the frosting it would have the right amount of sweetness in every bite. I probably won’t buy these because they aren’t frosted.
The ingredients are why I love Mini-Wheats. They are very high in fiber which helps you get the amount you need daily. Fiber helps you stay healthy by keeping your joints, colon and digestive track up to par. If you suffer from constipation these are a life saver and taste so good. Fiber moves quickly through your digestive tract and makes everything move how it should. High daily fiber can help reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Made with 100% whole grain wheat and real cocoa they taste natural and not a synthetic sweet mess that will hurt your stomach. The only ingredient I don’t like to see is BHT, which is the last one listed on the box. BHT ( butylated hydroxytoluene) is a synthetic antioxidant to prevent food from going bad and is not natural at all. They may contribute to carcinogenicity or tumorigenicity and I wish Mini-Wheats would take it out and add something natural.

The Box is ok, if they showed more chocolate I think it would be more appealing. At first glance it just looks like Mini-Wheats with no frosting. Once you read you see Cocoa baked in every biscuit. I would think the entire biscuit has cocoa, not the center filled. The box is just like the others just brown to match the cocoa.
Overall I wouldn’t buy them again unless they add frosting. They taste good but just missing that sweetness. They would be great for kids since they go soft right away in milk. For me it was just missing the sweetness I love about Mini-Wheats. It’s a great idea to have the cereal filled with new ingredients! I would suggest it to kids and anyone who doesn’t like a lot of sugar.

There is so many health benefits to this magical leaf that I have learned over the last couple years and love that the Greeniche has made it into convenient capsules.
Why is Moringa so good? It is a natural superfood from a plant referred to as the miracle tree and has been used for centuries for its benefits. The Moringa plant grows in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan and has so many proteins, vitamins and minerals it’s incredible. There is very few side effects and extremely low in fats. With 7 times the vitamin C found in oranges, 4 times the vitamin a than carrots, 4 times the calcium than milk, and 3 times the potassium than bananas I am going to keep taking this this amazing superfood daily!

Moringa can also help with your skin and hair, improves sleep, high in fiber, edema, constipation, gastritis, and ulcerative colitis, liver damage, your moods, wounds, diabetics and so many more.
The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They open up easy so I can mix them in my drinks and are way less messy than using the powder forms. You get 60 capsules in the bottle which is a month supply for me taking two a day. So happy to have tried these and can’t wait to see the long-term benefits. You get a matte finish which I like with my fair skin tone. I'll spice it up with some clear lip gloss over top if I'm going out or want my lips to really pop. The containers are smaller than a standard lipstick and fits perfectly in my makeup bag or purse. They glide on my lips smoothly and the color applies evenly. Love how my lips feel hydrated and never feel dry when I have it on. Even at the end of the day when I remove it, my lips are still smooth. Your lips stay hydrated and nourished because of the cocoa, jojoba, and kokum butters! Haven't had any issues with staining on my skin at all. I will definitely be trying more colors! My favorite so far is the Buttery Blush. -

I applied a little bit on my skin and left it overnight while I slept, in the morning my skin feels amazing! This treatment is a very light gel cream. There is no greasy feeling at all. Not a cream texture but makes your skin feel very hydrated.
There is a very very light floral scent and has reacted very well with my skin. No tingling or itching, so I would recommend it even for sensitive skin. The bottle seals tightly with a twist off lid. It doesn't leak at all so great for travelling. This would be wonderful after a plane ride or weather change. My skin looks noticeably different for the best. Hydrated with a nice natural glow.

My hubby really enjoyed this Loreal barberclub beard strengthening cream! He has never tried any sort of beard cream before and usually uses a gel or mousse. He has been trying to grow out his beard for months now and the hairs go a little wild and curly in some areas. This L’oreal barberclub beard strengthening cream really helped tame his unruly hairs and gave them a nice healthy shine.
This cream feels light and not greasy. Found it to be a light hold and doesn’t leave a hard residue where your hair feels crunchy. With oily skin it did not affect it and no breakouts from daily use. It feels like a face moisturizer when you apply it to your hand. A little goes a long way and you only need a little dab. Once applied to the hair it absorbs in very well and makes thick beard hair very tamable. When you wash your hands it rinses off in a second with no sticky feeling.
He will continue to use this strengthening cream everyday on damp. He prefers it on damp facial hair and finds it’s easier to equally distribute it to the entire beard with a comb. On dry hair it doesn’t spread around as easily. The scent is light and manly with a nice aroma of cederwood. Cedarwood essential oils are used so it doesn’t give a fake perfumed cologne smell. Cedarwood can promote hair growth and reduce hair loss. It balances the glands that produce oils and has antibacterial and antifungal properties. So if you ever get dandruff in your beard this is a great cream to help combat it daily. What I found is if you use to much of the cream the scent will be a little strong, a little goes a long way.
Love that this beard cream has no artificial colours! Artifical colours have toxins that can cause irritation and clog your pores. Last thing he wants is a breakout of acne or blackheads. There’s also no parabens or soap to strip the natural oils from the skin and cause serious skin reactions. This cream is great for all skin types and could even be used on your scalp to style.
The packaging was very well thought of. The box is the perfect size of the cream with no wasted packaging. The box is brown and orange which I feel are perfect colours for men with the orange making it easier to spot on the department store shelf. What makes this beard cream feel luxury is the thick glass jar. Although the lid is plastic it is square and gives a good grip to open it.
The only con we had about the Loreal barberclub beard strengthening cream is when you open the jar it looks like it’s half empty. I personally feel that the jar should be full. It’s already a small jar at only 50ml and when you open it you think ummm wheres the rest of the cream.
He loves the light feeling on his beard with no greasiness. Once it’s applied you don’t notice it’s there and your hair looks polished and groomed all day long. I would get this one again and would like to try the rest of the barbershop line by L’oreal. I highly recommend this one to anyone with facial hair that enjoys natural scents.
