Why is it always so hard to get men to take vitamins?! Well not anymore. These Smarty Pants are a big hit. Great for active busy men on the go without having to swallow a pill. You can take them with or without food and don’t need water. He loved the berry taste and the texture. The second day he was asking where the vitamin candies are. They are better tasting than any other gummy vitamin he’s had before and the ingredients far better with so many added things. These delicious gummies will help men to promote better heart, energy, bone and prostate health.
They taste just like a candy, so good he wanted to eat more. He said they all taste great with blueberry, blackberry and lemon. You can taste right away its all natural flavours and not artificial at all. Other kinds of gummy vitamins we’ve tried he would pick around a certain flavour because they didn’t taste good. They smell sweet when you open the bottle and have no bad medicinal smell to them. The texture is great! No to overly chewy so good for those with false teeth or sensitivities. The bottle is quite large and the child safety top isn’t a struggle. The grooves cut out around the top gives you a good grip to open them up. But you do have to take 6 a day, so it will only last you 30 days until you need to restock. He would rather take 6 a day than eat ones that don’t taste good.
These are so much more than your typical men’s vitamins. With all the regular ingredients you’d expect to find but with even more added in every one. With heart problems in the family I was very pleased to see there’s Omega 3 fish oil. Omega 3 fish oils help to lower cholesterol, reduce the chance heart attacks and strokes, abnormal heart rhythm and slow down plaque build up in your arteries. Another superstar ingredient is the Vitamin D3. It is the most similar to the vitamins we absorb from sunlight and is created by animal products not plants. His doctor recommended this kind and he has been taking them for years by themselves, now he doesn’t have to since its all in one. They even added CoQ10!! What man doesn’t want better help with preventing cancers and migraines, blood sugar regulation, and to reduce the risk of brain, lung and skin diseases.
You won’t find any GMO’s or unnatural ingredients in this bottle. We try to stay away from any plant or animals products that’s genetically modified where possible because we still don’t fully know the terrible effects it’s having on us, and we don’t want to find out. Organic sugar cane is the only sugar we could find in here which is so much better than processed white sugar that’s grown with pesticides. Safe for those with allergies and intolerances. Every man can take these vitamins since there isn’t any nuts, dairy, soy, wheat and eggs. You won’t gain weight taking 6 of these a day since no high fructose corn is used which is linked to cause obesity around the world. The company has a purity award for being a clean label product.

My friends, family & I have all experienced all types of muscle and joint pain from my either from work or age. We've tried all kinds of traditional and natural remedies to help ease the pain and discomfort. Regular massages, different topical remedies, baths, stretches you name it. Then we tried the Muscle Care roller and was very surprised how well it works. The muscle aches and cramps are relaxed away and joint pain in my knees has seen a huge difference. The inflammation and swelling is pretty much non existent. I noticed I can feel a difference in my muscles within 10 minutes of using it. You can even see the redness in my skin from inflammation disappear after 20mins of applying the muscle care gel.
When applying the Muscle Care roller a little goes a long way for me. I only need to do 2 passes of each area to get enough to relieve the pain. I use it a couple times a day or when I’m feeling sore, typically right when I wake up and as needed for the rest of my day. The smell is a strong scent of menthol you can smell right when you open the bottle. So be careful not to get it near your eyes, but its great to help open your nose.
The bottle is well designed and doesn’t leak. The lid slips on and off effortlessly and stays closed even when thrown in my purse. The roller ball at the top slides smoothly over my skin and hasn’t gotten stuck. When I apply it to my skin you get a cooling feeling right away from the menthol and camphor then after a few seconds it starts to feel warming. Just like a icy hot sensation which really seems to work wonders on my muscles.
Love that the ingrediets are all natural with no chemicals at all. Menthol doesn’t have any actual benefits for the muscles its used to give that cold hot feeling. The camphor on the other hand acts as a relaxant for your muscles and is antispasmodic to help stop my muscle spams, cramps and stiffness. It has really worked wonders and allows me to move around like I used to! Boswellia and Eucalyptus is added in this roller to help relive pain by acting as an anti inflammatory. The most interesting ingredient is the Yerba Mate. It’s a type of herbal tea found in South America that reduces joint pain with anti inflammatory properties. All these ingridients combined have really made a difference for my pain.
This stuff really works! All natural and safe for those with nut allergies or who are pregnant, everyone can use it. I like the menthol feeling and how I’ve actually seen fast results. Definitely going to be ordering a supply of this Muscle Care and giving some for gifts.

The Maybelline Hyper Easy eyeliner comes in all different shades, I chose the pitch black 800. I find the blacks really make my eyes pop and don’t blend into my eyeshadows. The eyeliner is smaller than the size of a pen so I can throw it in my purse or makeup bag. There’s no leaking and the cap secures on tightly and won’t fall off. It’s shaped like a hexagon and gives amazing grip, giving me a sturdier hand when applying it. The applicator is a bristle brush just like a mini paintbrush and bends to your skin. I love that I found no gaps just an even line. No need for any corrections, in one wipe I have the perfect line and don’t need to go back over it again and again. Super easy for beginners or those who haven’t mastered the art of makeup.
The pigment is absolutely wonderful. Pitch black and doesn’t mix with my eyeshadow. You can easily find it in your makeup bag because of the shape and shiny reflective pink writing. There’s no smell at all and no irritation to my skin. Even my sensitive skin has no stinging or watery eyes. Safe to wear with contacts and sensitive eyes. Hyper Easy is waterproof but does come off without any effort with eye makeup remover. In the liner they’ve added castor oil which is a vegetable oil not mineral so it won’t clog your pores. It’s used it makeup as an emollient to make the liner slide smoothly and not dry out.
I’m so very happy with this Maybelline eyeliner. The performance is the best I’ve tried yet and without spending an arm and a leg. It’s so easy to apply and I don’t have to worry about it smudging through out the day. This is definitely my new eyeliner favourite.

This palette is a powder and comes with three different shades. The first is a shimmer pink, the second a tan with a hint of gold and third is a deeper tan colour. I use all three on my fair skin. I like the light pink for my nose and around the eyebrows. And the two tans I use on the cheek bones. I dip my makeup brush in the powder and it picks up tons of powder right away. It blends very well and I don’t have to spend a lot of time getting it to look natural.
No smell to this palette at all. The compact container is small which is great for fitting in my makeup bag. All three colours are super compact instead of a huge palette and the lid secures tightly closed. As for ingredients they are not the most natural and it contains Talc. Talc is also used in baby power, lotions and deodorants because it makes the products feel silky and soft. It’s mostly added in as a filler to dilute pigments and make the product stretch. Although there is no proof talc can cause cancer it’s said that make up with talc may contain asbestos and should be avoided. You’d be surprised how many products contain this ingredient, it is very hard to stay away from unless you buy organic or mineral makeup that doesn’t wear as nicely in my experience.
I love to use this on natural skin for a radiant glow or on top of foundation to give me some colour. I have been using it almost everyday since purchasing it. Wish the company would use cleaner ingredients though. I would certainly get this one again, just a little on the defense about using talc on my skin long term.

The shampoo feels thicker and richer than typical shampoos. When I first started applying it I thought it was the conditioner. But after massaging it and adding more water it does suds up nicely. After rinsing my hair didn’t feel dry and tangled, it was very soft. Adding the conditioner after really made a difference. The conditioner really smoothed out my frizzy dry hair. I can see a difference right away. It’s easier to brush and so soft. I have thin hair and it didn’t weight it down at all!
Although the ingredients aren’t all natural they are ph balanced and wont irritate your scalp. They have sweet almond oil which is not only hydrating it has vitamin B and E to promote hair growth and repair follicles. The only active ingredient is in the shampoo with 1% Pyrithione Zinc. It has antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial which helps to heal dandruff, psoriasis, and acne. Also a very important benefit is that it actually inhibits the growth of yeast which is what cases dandruff. The added aloe and coconut oil soothe repairs dead skin cells on the scalp and prevents hair breakage and split ends.
The smell is very nice and light with a little hint of coconut and flowers. The packaging works great for in shower use. The shampoo opens at the top and conditioner at the bottom so you can’t mix them up. The bottles have the best design for opening them easily. There’s a big enough ridge to pop the top open even with wet hands.
I use both shampoo and conditioner three times a week on my fine, dry, damaged hair. It has completely gotten rid of my dandruff and added a beautiful shine. I will be getting more of these especially during the winter months.

No matter if you suffer from dandruff or itchy flaky skin this is a great pair to add into your daily haircare routine. I can see and feel an immediate difference with hydration, irritation and frizz.
The shampoo and conditioner are a thicker consistency than your typical off the shelf products. The shampoo is white and almost feels like a conditioner when you apply it to your hand. But when added to wet hair it really lathers up. The conditioner sure is hydrating. With my first use I used way too much, and ended up rinsing a lot longer. Typically I need quite a bit with other hair care brands to feel like my long hair is covered. With the dryness + itch I only needed a loonie size amount. When using the shampoo I start applying a loonie size amount to the roots to tip, and vice versa with the conditioner focusing on the ends working up to the roots. I always try to spend a couple minutes to give a good head massage to ensure the product has gotten everywhere and help stimulate hair growth. The package recommends using them at least twice a week for best results. I have used it 3 times a week with no problems.

My biggest annoyance is when you can't get the bottles open, but these are great. It can be hard to read the labelling some sections have such a small print.
I will definitely be buying these two again. It has really brought my scalp back to life. Less frizz and way more hydrating than other dandruff products I've tried. I love the scent and the design of the bottles.

Doves gentle exfoliating body wash made my skin feel so soft! I have a glow back to my dry rough skin after these long winter months. With a light scent that doesn't irritate sensitive skin. I use it twice a week in the shower to keep my skin staying soft and hydrated.
The texture is very rich, like a body cream. The cream reminded me of conditioner when I first tried it. I like that it doesn't foam or lather up like other body washes I've tried. Because it doesn't foam and feel like a soap it moisturizes my skin so much better. In the rich body wash there is tiny little blue beads to exfoliate. The beads don't feel rough and scratchy and hasn't caused any irritation. Because they are so small it doesn't feel aggressive at all.
Dove is different than most others since they use naturally derived cleansers. Love that the moisturizers are plant based with no pore clogging ingredients. They have no sulfates, which is a big plus since they can cause irritation to your skin. Also paraben free ladies! Parabens are horrible and are linked to causing breast cancer and tumors. Parabens are used as preservative in so many products, it's terrible.
What I love about dove is their products protect your microbiome. Your microbiome is a very important part in keeping your skin healthy, it's a naturally occuring film on the surface of your skin to protect and retain your natural oils. Tap water and cleansers can strip away this natural barrier leaving you dry and can cause premature aging.
The bottle is a good size. 354ml lasts me about 4 months. One pro with this bottle is how you open it. There's no fussing with it in the shower. The top has a raised piece your fingers can grab to pop the cap open effortlessly.
Definitely my go to body wash in the winter months. I enjoy the light scent and gentle scrub. Will certainly be buying this again.

It comes in a white powdered form which you can mix into your favourite drink or water. Doesn’t matter if it’s cold, hot or room temperature. It dissolves very fast and doesn’t leave any clumps or residue at all. The product is tasteless! There is no taste or odour to the powder so I love to add it to my smoothies once a day as I need it.
The lid is easy to unscrew and the cap has a measuring cup so you know exactly how much to take. You just fill the cap to the top of the white line. You actually use quite a bit of it in each glass, so don’t be fooled with how big the bottle is you don’t get a whole lot, it is meant for occasional use.
Restoralax contains Polyethylene glycol. It is used as a food additive and added to many different makeup and hygiene products now of days to increase the amount of water. Using it as a laxative will increase water in your intestinal tract and help stimulate bowel movements.
That all sounds great right? Think again! What I don’t like is the health concerns about toxic effects from eating it. You can find it in antifreeze and it’s said to cause seizures, vomiting, and some say even cancer. But none of this has been proven and the food authorities have declared it as generally safe for use in foods.
Although Restoralax works wonders for me I think I will be exploring more natural supplements in the future. I have been taking it for years because it was the only thing off the shelf and my doctor recommended it. The results are wonderful but definitely not something I want to keep taking.

It wasn't hard to find it in the grocery store. The packaging really stood out in the freezer. Compared to all the other pizza brands with dark boxes. The white box showing the colorful toppings really makes it pop. You can read the box so much better with the white background and black text.
Making it was simple, just took it out of the box and removed the plastic. Followed the instructions by setting the oven to 425f and had it right on the middle rack with no baking sheet. With my oven it was done in 12 minutes. You could smell it throughout the house, Yum!
I am very pleased with the ingredients. My kids loved the taste and we finished the entire pizza. With 43% vegetables this is perfect for picky eaters. The spinach is in the crust so there was no full leafs, my kids had no clue it was in there. The toppings had just the right amount. Not to much and not to little, just the perfect amount with every bite. Spinach and wheat crust under tomato sauce with melted mozzarella cheese, topping it off with mushrooms and broccoli. The cheese I really enjoyed because it wasn't rubbery like Delissio's and tasted like a high quality mozzarella. The best cheese I have ever tasted on a frozen pizza.
The only thing I hope the company will change in the future is if they could make the pizzas bigger. The size of the pizza I would say is a medium. With the thin crust it isn't very filling. I hope they make a family size. I will definitely be buying this pizza again for my family and can't wait to try the other kinds.
