Smart sweets are an amazing all natural candy! I was skeptical at first when seeing each bag only contains 5 grams of sugar for a 50 gram bag. Considering other candies have around 46 grams of sugar for a 60 gram bag 😲 I thought the taste wouldn’t be all that good, boy I was wrong. I like the taste of the sour gummy bears, not crazy sour but just enough of the sour coating to make your face pucker. The gelatin gummy bears are sweet and chewy. They are a little chewier than regular sugar filled gummies, so it takes a little longer to eat them. This was great for me since I ended up eating less, Win win! You can taste the fruit flavours much better since there is real natural fruit flavour, nothing artificial.
Opening the package you can smell the candy right away. A slight aroma of different fruits mixed together. The bag was easy to open with a little cut in the top right corner, making it easy to tear. I feel the bag is oversized for how many are actually in there and a waste of plastic packaging. The colours and photo on the package really stands out on the shelves so you can easily identify the different candies.
The main two reasons I wanted to give Smart Sweets a try is the low sugar and fiber. The low sugars are natural and don’t contain any sugar alcohols. Sugar alcohols are commonly used to push down the amount or carbs and calories. They might not be artificial but are partially resistant to digestion and can cause digestion issues and can spike blood sugar levels. The source of fiber is Soluble Tapioca from the roots of the cassava plant, it’s a dietary fiber from an all natural plant. Making it keto friendly and will not raise your blood sugar levels. The 50g package contains 28 grams of fiber, being 100% of your daily intake. So don’t eat more than one bag! These Sweet treats are peanut & tree nut free, dairy, lactose & soy free, natural flavours & colours, gluten free, GMO free, natural sugars at only 3 grams and super high in fiber!
I’m really impressed with the taste of these gummies. If I never seen the package I would have no clue they were all natural and full of fiber. This is the healthiest candy I have ever tried and it tastes just like every other out there! I can’t wait to try the other kinds.

This little jar of Dermaniche All-in-one under eye gel is my new gem in my daily skin care routine. First impression, It feels very light and I can see a difference in my crows feet and puffiness. Very impressed with the packaging and ingredients. I had never heard of this 100% Canadian brand before and now I’m a true believer in the Dermaniche line! This is a great product if you have concerns with aging around your eyes.
The eye gel feels very smooth when applying it. Because it’s a gel you only need the smallest amount around both eyes, less than a pea size amount. It is very concentrated and goes a long way. The gel absorbs in right away after applying it without any tacky or greasy feeling. I love the texture because I feel that it won’t weigh down my eye area. This would be great for all skin types and underneath concealer and eye makeup.
The package is very well put together and it feel like a luxury eye cream. The jar is metal and plastic, I dropped it by accident when applying it and it didn’t break or crack. The label is simple and clear to read. Because of the size of the jar you feel you are getting a lot more, but most is just the packge theres 30ml inside. The expiry date is listed on the underside of the jar which is fantastic. It's rare to see an expiry on the actual container, now I can make sure I use it up in time before it goes rancid/bad. The smell is natural with no added perfumes. It has a little bit of a medicinal smell and makes it feel more medical grade.
The ingredients are even more impressive. Free from gluten, dairy, GMO’s and cruelty free. It’s even vegan, vegetarian and halal friendly. With only ten all natural ingredients you can actual read and understand the label, no chemicals in here. It’s full of antioxidants and vitamins A, C,E and B3 to help fight aging skin, repair dark spots and dark circles. The super ingredient in this eye gel is Retional which is vitamin A. Vitamin A boosts collagen production to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It’s wonderful for pigmentation issues such as dark spots to lighten and even out your skin tone and even acne to clear it up and reduce inflammation. Another ingredient I was happy to see is castor oil. Castor oil is full of antioxidants to fight free radicals (toxins) in your skin. It promotes healthy skin, won’t clog your pores, reduces puffiness, acne, irritated skin, and adds moisture.

After a few days you can see a noticeable difference and I am so happy how well these all natural ingredients work. Lightweight and smooth your skin feels so soft. Boosts my collagen production to help with sagging and wrinkles and has given me a radiant glow instead of racoon eyes. Definitely keeping this Dermaniche All-in-one under eye gel in my daily skin care regime.

With all these superfoods and antioxidants I will definitely be buying this one to drink daily. With the covid 19 this will be perfect to help increase my immunity and stay healthy. Adding it to water it mixes really well and dissolves right away. I know my friends will love this one because of the flavour. I've already bought 3 to share. -

If you love the scent of gain laundry soap than this is one for you. I wasn't a big fan and preferred the Hawaiian one. Easy to use and doesn't need to be plugged it. They last a couple weeks, so for the price I'd grab them on sale only.

This Attitude repair and colour protection shampoo is made with sensitive skin in mind. It has all natural plant based ingredients in compliance with EWG standards. If you’re not familiar with EWG they analyze and rate every single ingredient according to their toxicity. This attitude shampoo scores at a 1-2 and is a top scoring product so it avoids any ingredients of concern. This is absolutely amazing in my books! The company has done a lot of testing and it sure shows in the quality of the shampoo, it works wonders for my hair! Hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested, free from artificial perfumes and dyes, vegan and PETA certified so never tested on poor animals. It’s also ECOLOGO certified meaning the shampoo is biodegradable and sustainable and won’t cause any harm to the environment. You have to imagine all the chemicals we wash down the drains that end up in the lakes and oceans. There’s no harmful parabens, preservatives, or chemicals at all! As natural as pulling a plant from garden and eating it.
The scent is so relaxing with a vanilla aroma and hint of argan oil. Vanilla not only smells wonderful it’s rich in antioxidants and will help prevent damage, also more silky and shiny too. Argan oil is an age old beauty secret used in so many products or on its own. It deeply hydrates and soothes all hair types along with improving elasticity so each strand of your hair is stronger and you get less breakage and split ends. And my favorite, oatmeal! This ingredient I think made the big difference for me. Oatmeal has B vitamins which brings more moisture to your hair. So not only is your hair hydrated it will be less frizzy and soft. If you have dandruff and irritation like I occasionally get you will see a difference with this one. The oatmeal will remove excess oils that are causing your dandruff and help to prevent it.
The shampoo is not thick at all. Closer to a water constancy and lathers very well. I only needed a small amount to do all of my long hair, this bottle will last me double the amount of time than a regular drugstore bottle. The shape of the bottle is curved and is easy to hold in your hand. The only thing I don’t like it the lid to open it. It can be difficult to maneuver the top to open when your hands are wet.
I love that is so natural and safe for coloured hair. Anything that will keep my dye longer is a plus. The scent and the feeling after washing my hair is wonderful. My sensitive dandruff scalp has really appreciated this one and I will be certainly trying more from the Attitude hair care line.

The Curatea Detox has been wonderful for my body. I use one tea bag a day and now I feel I have more energy. This 100% Organic tea has helped my digestive system and my skin is looking better also. I really like that one container is a one month supply for me of 30 bags and that the tea bags are good quality and don’t leak bits in my cup.
The taste is one of the best I have tried for a detox tea. Not to bitter with a light natural flavor. The package suggests boiling the tea bag for 5-10 minutes, I prefer 10 minutes to get all the flavor. The smell is quite nice, you can definitely smell all the natural plants and it’s a great holistic approach on a natural detox. I drink the tea on its own without any sugar or milk because I don’t want to add in any unhealthy ingredients.
The benefits of all these natural plants is quite impressive and will surely give your system a good flush. There is 3 medicinal ingredients all with amazing benefits to our body:
· 600mg- Arctium lappa aka Burdock Root grows like a weed and is a natural anti-inflammatory which can help with pain and swelling. It also is an antioxidant and can protect your body from toxins that can cause cancers, heart diseases and cell damage. Burdock Root has been used for many years to detoxify and treat circulation for cancer, anorexia, gastrointestinal problems, bladder infections, and so much more.
· 300mg- Althaea officinalis aka Marshmallow plant is my favorite ingredient for the issues my body goes through. It has had an important place in human culture for a millennia with all it’s wonderful properties. This amazing plant can flush your system to cleanse your bladder and kidneys as well.
· 600mg- Taraxacum officinale aka Dandelion is those annoying yellow flowered weeds that are just popping up in my grass right now. I never knew how good they can be for you. Dandelions are high in vitamin C to boost your immunity. They can increase your appetite, relive constipation, control your blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure and reduce your cholesterol. I have seen it before in weight loss supplements because the natural properties of this flower can aid in weight loss.
This Curatea Detox tea comes in a tin container and is a nice one to keep after your done to store spices. My container has an expiry date of 2022 so this tea will stay good for a couple years in your cupboard. The labelling is nice, you can read the front label easily although I feel the rest of the font is too small and may be hard for some people to read with poor eyesight. Since this tea is all natural with high milligrams there is cautions and warnings for certain conditions that will contraindicate. Such as if you have edema, diabetic, kidney or liver disorders, high/low blood pressure or allergic to the daisy plant family. You don’t want to detox your body to fast and it’s always best to start slow.
I really like this tea and will defiantly get some more! At 29.99 it’s only a buck a bag for a natural effective detox. It has given me much more energy every day and has no side effects. Especially with the Covid-19 happening I will continue taking it to help better my immune system. This is a great tea product, can’t wait to try the other kinds from Curatea.
