I've been dealing with skin issues for...ever? I find that the only soap that consistently works well with my face AND body is Dove. I love the smell and how my skin feels clean (not sticky or greasy) after using it. I've had issues in the past with my skin being dry one week and greasy the next. Since switching Dove into my daily routine I have finally gotten my skin under control and I couldn't be happier! -

I finally found something that works!
I’m one of those magical people that passed on my finicky skin issues to my poor children. Imagine my surprise though when I was sent a free sample of something that worked on ALL of us! It completey cleared up my son’s eczema and stopped him from scratching constantly. It cleared up my two year old’s face rash (because yes, it’s THAT gentle). It fixed my dry/frozen hands that I was previously putting lotion on almost constantly with no results.
I’m one of those people that usually have 8 different lotions for different things kicking around the house. I haven’t touched any of them since trying this stuff. It’s seriously that good. The scent is minimal and soothing (and completely nonmedical smelling, which seems to be a common theme with lotions that I have tried in the past that are eczema specific). I can’t recommend this stuff enough!

I really enjoy the silk almond in my smoothies instead of milk or yogurt. It makes them creamy without costing me a ton AND it's great for a low carb substitute with 0 net carbs (1 carb and 1 fibre per cup). The unsweetened stuff is a bit bland if you're used to the regular ones but is very comparable to skim milk. They are great because the tetra pak can sit in the cupboard instead of taking up fridge space until opened. This also means a longer shelf life, which is always handy. -

I recently ordered this one due to elbow grease not being in stock and wow. I'm upset that it took this long for me to try it! I love lavender but find that lots of the time it ends up smelling too sweet or too much like perfume. This stuff still smells natural but isn't just plain lavender. The lotion goes on nice and smooth and soaks in fast. The smell stayed for a long time and I kept catching myself smelling my arm like a freak! I have a feeling that this will be my new go to lotion, especially right before bed or when I'm stressed! -

When I received this free I was hesitant to try the vanilla because I find that vanilla ones usually taste like melted vanilla ice cream...in a bad way. This was not the case! It tastes almost like sweet and condensed milk.
I do think that the vanilla one would be a bit much to have every day as it is very sweet but it is absolutely perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth! For a low carb way of eating, it works well because of the protein and low carbs. The container makes it easy to grab and go!
I did find that mixing this one with some peanut butter to make a smoothie helped tone down the sweetness a bit and made it taste more like a peanut butter cheesecake, which was amazing! I will be buying more of these!

When I received my free sample, little did I know that Premier Protein was going to be a huge turning point in how I think about protein shakes. In the past I have associated them with a chalky taste or something that is supposed to taste good but does not. These are amazing!
I've been eating low carb and these were a perfect way to satisfy my sweet tooth while still getting my protein. My new favourite way to start the morning is with the chocolate Premier Protein with a 1/2 cup of frozen avocado to make a smoothie. I feel like I'm cheating!
I would highly recommend these to anybody and everybody. The packaging makes it easy to throw one in your purse or gym bag, or even the stroller! The taste is great and works as a perfect solution when you are craving something sweet and with 160 calories it won't make you feel guilty.

I do enjoy using body wash more than bar soap in the shower. That being said, I find that I keep going back to my Dove bar over this stuff because of the smell. It tends to be a bit overpowering (to me at least) and it doesn't feel as great on areas like my face. I found that it did work well on my legs (which tend to get very dry) but was just average everywhere else. -

Like most of the St. Ives lotions, this is a decent price. It's perfect for having on the bedside table for putting on before bed as the pump bottle is easy to use and convenient. It absorbs quickly and doesn't have an overpowering scent. I'm not 100% sure that it made my skin younger looking but it does hydrate well and feel wonderful to put on. -
