I am a mother to 4 kids... 10 year old boy, 8 year old girl and 2 year old identical twin girls. We live a very busy life style. Always on the go. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease about 7 years ago. And was just recently diagnosed with crohns induced arthritis. I work full time night shifts in a special care home. Life is what you make it :)
