I love a good body butter. I am someone who moisturizes meticulously after ever shower and in the winter I generally swap lotion for body butter. This one is super nourishing, non greasy and melts into skin immediately. It does not have a strong scent that lingers, though it does smell like shea butter as you apply. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and my skin is noticeably nourished, supple and radiant looking. I am grateful to have received it free to review though I would happily pay to repurchase.

It keeps my coffee hot all morning and is super lightweight which I love. It’s easy to clean and the lid is even dishwasher safe. I also love that it is more affordable than many others like it out there. I wish it came in more colours but the options that exist are very chic. I am extremely pro supplements, so I am always excited to try a new one. I am also very prone to UTIs so I was especially happy to see that this product contained cranberry.
As someone who takes a variety of naturopathic and other supplements, I found it a bit tricky to incorporate this one into my daily routine because it says it is supposed to be taken a few hours away from when you've taken other supplements. I have things I take in the morning and at night, so that left taking this at lunch as my only option. I packed it into my lunch box and have been taking it for a few weeks. I found that it was very hard on my stomach, giving me stomach pains almost every time. It does say to take with food, and I do have a sensitive stomach in general so I suspect my lunches were not hearty enough. Because of this I began taking it with my dinner and found this to work much better.
I cannot comment on the long term effects of the supplement yet obviously, but I think it is an excellent choice particularly for people who do not take other supplements yet because the ingredients really do cover a wide range. In other words, I think you would be able to get a lot of value and effectiveness in this one multivitamin versus taking a variety of different ones.

I have been wanting to add some more decor to my front lawn for a while, and this has been the perfect addition. As an adults only household, we keep our decor pretty minimal. I wanted it to be fun and whimsical but not overly cutesy. These gift boxes fit that perfectly - they are shimmery/glittery and fun without being over the top. They are red and white, with bright white LED lights. The bright white is actually my only complaint because the rest of my decor is warm, but this is not the fault of the product. I have candy cane stakes going up my walkway and have places these beside them, and it looks great!
The boxes were super straightforward and quick to apply. I would have liked it if the cord was a little bit longer, but this is nothing an extension cord cannot fix. The glitter did get all over the place when I was assembling it so I would probably recommend assembling outside if you can.
Overall, I am super pleased with this product and would definitely buy more such decor in the future. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try this for free, Canadian Tire!

I have such mixed feelings about this sunscreen! I used it in multiple ways and liked it in some situations and not in others. I will summarize below:
Face - I liked it on my face but only when it is the first sunscreen I apply in the morning. When I applied over makeup later in the day, I found it was harder to get it to absorb/not leave a white cast and felt greasy and heavy on my skin versus when it was applied first I did not find it greasy or heavy. I do think the white cast goes away after a few moments on my face.
Body - I could NOT make the white cast go away on my legs! I don't know if it's because of the other body lotions and/or oils I had on earlier in the day or what, but it never went away.
The reason I have mixed feelings though is that despite the white cast and greasiness, I can say without a doubt that it is effective! I took it golfing with me on a sunny day with no cloud. I had a different sunscreen applied from when I left home and brought this one to do touch ups. About halfway through my day I noticed my shoulders were getting darker. I applied this and did not get any darker for the rest of my day! Same thing with my legs.
So overall, I like it but don't know if it would be my first choice when reaching for a sunscreen. I was sent this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

I have been a fan of the sweet almond line for a long time. The creamy body wash is another favourite item of mine and I LOVE the OG body oil but this one is even better. The body oil itself is as hydrating as the original but the shimmer elevates the glow. It looks sparkly in the bottle but its a very grown up, glow on your skin (as opposed to a very young looking type of body glitter or shimmer). The scent is warm and almondy. It does not linger noticeably all day as a perfume would but the subtle scent does remain enough that you or anyone who gets super close can definitely smell it.
I am very sensitive to overpowering scents and this one passes the headache check for me personally. It looks great, smells great and I feel great in it all day. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Spaghetti is not always a well loved noodle in our home, so it takes a really good one to win over the pickier eaters among us. We all really enjoyed this pasta. The cook time is similar to other traditional noodles and it left us feeling full. I was also really impressed that it did not have an overly delicate texture like some nutrition enhanced pastas sometimes do, nor could you taste the difference.

Penne alla Vodka is go to recipe in our household for nights when we don't have a lot in the fridge. It comes together easily with items we have in the pantry - the only problem is that it is lacking in nutrition and protein so it is not always the most filling. This pasta solves that problem because it is packed with protein and also tastes great, leaving us fuller for longer. The texture also tastes just like traditional wheat pastas! We are super happy with this one and I know it is going to become a staple in our pantry.

Whenever I am looking for comfort food, the first dish I always crave is macaroni and cheese. The problem is that I always regret it after the fact because I inevitably feel bloated and sometimes even nauseous.
This protein+ pasta fixed that problem! I was able to make my usual mac and cheese recipe without feeling disgusting afterwards. My stomach was not upset at all. The best part is that it does not have that odd taste or texture that nutrition enhanced or even gluten free pastas often have. This is a HUGE win for me because we eat a lot of pasta in my household and I am so happy to have found one that is not only good for us but that we actually enjoy eating.
