ien ne célèbre mieux la fête du Canada que d’ouvrir un nouveau bac de 2 L de crème glacée Chapman’s. 🇨🇦🍦
D’ordinaire, je ne suis pas une grande adepte du beurre d’arachide, mais ce parfum chocolat et beurre d’arachide m’a conquise. La crème glacée au chocolat est ultra-onctueuse, et le goût de beurre d’arachide apporte juste ce qu’il faut de saveur de noix, sans jamais l’emporter sur le reste.
Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement chez Chapman’s, c’est qu’il s’agit d’une entreprise détenue et exploitée à 100 % par des Canadiens, qui utilise exclusivement des produits laitiers canadiens. Si vous cherchez un moyen simple de soutenir les entreprises d’ici cet été, c’est une délicieuse façon de le faire.
Sur ce, je vous laisse : il approche les 40 °C dehors et un autre bol m’attend.

Chapman's has always been my go-to ice cream brands, so I was very excited to try this flavour! The smooth, creamy icecream is packed with candied pecans and little bits of cookie which was a fun surprise. The praline pecans were easily my favourite part - they're basically little bites of happiness. But what impressed me most is how well Chapman captured the essence of an actual butter tart. Between the rich ice cream, crunchy pecans, and sweet cookie pieces, it genuinely feels like you're eating a frozen version of a pecan butter tart and I loved every bite. -

I was genuinely surprised when I opened these and realized they AREN’T the classic gold-wrapped chocolate balls we all know. Instead, they’re flatter, snack-sized little squares! I tried all three flavours: Milk Hazelnut, Dark Hazelnut, and White Hazelnut.
Thankfully, they still have that signature Ferrero Rocher crunch with the smooth hazelnut filling inside, which is honestly the whole reason I love them in the first place 🍫
My favourite was definitely the Milk Hazelnut because it tasted the closest to the original Ferrero Rocher I associate with holidays and family celebrations 🤎

The almond scent is exactly what you’d expect from L’Occitane — warm, sweet, and soft without being overpowering. I used this on my arms and legs after showering to lock in moisture, and I could still smell it the next day.
Even though it’s an oil, my skin never felt greasy or slick afterward. It spread really easily, absorbed nicely after a few minutes, and left my skin feeling ridiculously soft. This oil aims to help with hydration, skin elasticity, and the appearance of stretch marks, but for me, the biggest standout was just how comfortable and nourished my skin felt afterward. 10/10 would recommend!

The crust was definitely the strongest part for us. It actually got crispy instead of soft or soggy and its gluten-free to boot! Since this one is dairy-free, we were also curious about the cheese situation. While it didn’t have the same stretch or pull as a traditional cheese pizza, the texture itself was fine overall.
Where this one lost us a bit was the flavour. Being a margherita pizza, we expected it to be simpler, but it tasted pretty bland and felt like it needed way more seasoning or herbs to make it pop. A sprinkle of chili flakes, garlic, basil, or even extra salt would probably help a LOT.
So while we liked how quickly and nicely it cooked in the air fryer, the overall flavour wasn’t strong enough for us personally to repurchase.

These banana chips are not heavy nor overly sweet either. These are super light, super crispy, and honestly caught me off guard. I’m not even a big banana person, but these?? I kept going back for more.
What really got me is how simple they are—just bananas and coconut oil. That’s it. No fillers, no extras, nothing weird. And somehow they turned a very basic fruit into something that actually feels like a proper snack. Plus, it contains 36% of your daily fibre and around 400mg of potassium in one serving which is great nutritional value for a snack.

I cracked this open and immediately got hit with that fresh, ripe peach smell—the kind that makes you feel like you should be sitting outside somewhere nice instead of inside doing literally anything else.
I poured it over ice and it’s just really easy to drink. Lightly sweet (not overpowering), super refreshing, and nicely fizzy without being too much. One of those drinks you could casually sip on a dock, by the pool, at the beach… you get the vibe.
I also like that it’s made with simple ingredients—no weird additives, gluten-free, and just overall feels a bit “cleaner” than a lot of other sparkling drinks out there. Best of all? Its $8 for a 4-pack, which makes picking one up on your way to the cottage a no-brainer.

These were a super fun and cute way of garnishing my favourite drink. I liked that they weren't overtly sweet and they made my cocktail look and feel that much more interesting and elevated. I can see these being an excellent addition to a gift box (Mother's day is just around the corner!) or a cute add on to your existing bar cart.

But its most interesting feature is the fact that unlike 90% of the muscle relief solutions available on today's shelves, this one is completely odour-free! While NOW is originally an American brand, a lot of their Canadian products (including these) are packaged in Guelph, so I can still feel good about supporting local workers here in Ontario. These are derived from fish oil and help support heart health, brain function, and can also help with inflammation. While I don't often take supplements, I can appreciate how they are easy to swallow and the package is easily resealable. -
