Butter chicken nights do not need to be complicated and this one kept things effortless. We cooked this at our cottage for our friends and even though it was our first time making butter chicken, it was a big hit. We simply cooked the chicken, added the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce, let it simmer and dinner came together with zero stress.
The sauce is rich and creamy with deep comforting flavour and a spice level that works for everyone. It coated the chicken perfectly and paired so well with rice and naan, making it feel like a proper cozy meal even away from home.
For busy days or even cottage weekends when you still want something warm and satisfying, this sauce makes it easy. Simple, dependable and full of flavour.

The flavour feels a little deeper and more natural, almost like you can taste the different flowers it came from. It adds warmth and body to the tea in a really smooth way.

I tried the Otelia Organic Edamame Spaghetti and the first thing I noticed was the strong edamame flavour. It was a bit more intense than I expected, and it definitely changed the way my usual carbonara tastes. It was still good, just very different from the classic version I normally make.
What I did really like were the benefits. The high protein, the fibre, and the simple ingredients are all huge wins, and the texture stayed firm even after mixing it into the sauce. I actually enjoyed trying something new, and I think next time I’d pair it with a different recipe to see how it works in another dish.
It was a unique experience, and I’d try it again in a way that better suits the edamame flavour.

The sweetness balances the spice perfectly, making each bite enjoyable while the heat builds in a way that keeps you reaching for more. The texture is thick and glossy, and great for drizzling.
We tried it on wings, pizza, rice, and even tiramisu, and it made everything taste even better. Most of us kept coming back for more, though one friend found the heat a bit too much to handle. It is bold but versatile, adding both sweetness and spice to savory meals and a fun kick to desserts. Overall, it made for a really fun taste-test experience and is a great way to add a sweet and spicy twist to any food.

I tried Mad Moose during a hot pot night with friends and overall it was an enjoyable drink, but it didn’t taste like whiskey to me. It came across more like a spiced tea with smoky notes. I did have an issue with the bottle leaking during shipping, so that may have affected the flavour.
Even with that, it was still smooth, easy to sip as a shot, and everyone liked the warm, peppery finish. I also like that it’s non-alcoholic and you can enjoy it without the hangover. Next time I’d love to try it in a cocktail since I think it would shine more in a mixed drink.
