To wrap up our pasta journey, we made a creamy garlic penne using Catelli PROTEIN+™ Penne, and wow, this was comfort in a bowl. The pasta cooked to the perfect bite in about 9 minutes, and we could really tell the quality was there.
This penne didn’t just soak up the creamy garlic sauce it complemented it. The high quality durum wheat flour and plant based proteins in the pasta gave it a robust, satisfying feel that held up from pot to plate. You’re getting 17g of protein per serving, without any weird texture or aftertaste that some alternative pastas can have.
It’s vegan, non GMO, and absolutely family friendly. We’d make this again in a heartbeat, especially because it’s fast, filling, and versatile enough to go from a weeknight dinner to a dinner party side dish.

On day two, we went for the ultimate comfort food: baked macaroni. Cheesy, creamy, and perfectly golden on top - this is one of those dishes that brings everyone to the table. For the pasta, we used Catelli PROTEIN+™ Elbow Macaroni, and honestly, it delivered more than just taste.
The elbows cooked up perfectly in about 6 minutes, which was super convenient. Even after being baked with a heavy cheese sauce, they held their shape and didn’t go mushy. We were impressed by the firm, chewy texture definitely restaurant quality.
What we loved most is that it added a nutritional punch to a traditionally indulgent dish. With 17g of protein per serving, this pasta made our baked mac feel less guilty and more balanced, especially for a busy weeknight dinner. Bonus points for being vegan certified and made with 100% plant based protein. You’d never know by the taste.

First off, the pasta cooked beautifully in just about 8 minutes - perfect al dente with no clumping or mushiness. We were genuinely surprised at how well it held its shape and texture, even after mixing it with our thick, meaty, sweet style sauce. The flavour? Spot on. You’d never guess this spaghetti has 17g of plant based protein per serving. The blend of chickpeas, lentils, and peas in the pasta didn’t compromise the taste at all - it still had that classic pasta flavour we all love.
This was such a satisfying and energizing meal, and best of all it’s 100% plant based, certified vegan, and Non GMO Project Verified. If you're looking for a way to enjoy traditional dishes with a healthy twist, this is a fantastic option.

It’s strong like really strong with 350mg of caffeine but it doesn’t taste harsh at all. Just clean and well crafted. I had it during a study session and it kept me focused without the crash.
With final exams this week this is exactly the kind of fuel I need. I’m feeling alert focused and ready to tackle anything. If you’re into cold brew that actually delivers on flavour and energy this is it. Bonus points for being brewed in Canada with quality beans. Highly recommend.
