The lightweight gel formula makes this primer very easy to apply and it absorbs into my skin very quickly. I enjoy the citrusy scent, I even notice it on my skin a few hours after application. I wouldn’t say this has a completely mattifying finish, as I still appeared shiny along my nose, but the rest of my face was matte. I wouldn’t call the formula drying, but I can’t wear this on its own, I need to pair it with my regular moisturizer or else my skin looks a little dry. Luckily I didn’t experience any product pilling or lifting when applying my foundation on top of the primer. I will most likely continue to use this as I do like that it protects my skin from environmental exposure.

Thank you Butterly for the free Grown Alchemist Restorative Body Cream to try and review! My skin usually dries out as the weather changes, so this body cream has saved the skin on my legs. What was once visibly dry is now looking nourished and hydrated! The formula applies evenly to the skin and it absorbs quickly, leaving me with instantly soft skin. As a citrus fan, I love that this includes mandarin oil. The scent combination is spa-like, and it lingers lightly on the skin throughout the day. This is a relatively lightweight body cream that performs like a thick, hydrating moisturizer.

Thank you Butterly for the free Grown Alchemist Energize Body Cleanser to try and review! I’m a huge bergamot fan, so I love that this is scented with it. That being said, the body cleanser smells great and the subtle scent it leaves on my skin is heavenly, it’s like I’m being transported to the spa every time I use it. I like that you don’t need to use a lot of product to feel like your skin is being cleansed and refreshed, which is great as I want this bottle to last forever! During the dry winter months, most body cleansers tend to dry out my skin, so I was very impressed that this didn’t feel like I was stripping my skin. Adding this cleanser to my routine has added a sense of luxury to my overall shower experience.

Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try the Hero Mighty Patches for free! These pimple patches have worked wonders for the breakouts I get along my jawline. I typically use these at night, and when I wake up, the swelling and redness have gone down. The patches are gentle on the skin and aren’t painful to remove, but are sticky enough to stay in place while I sleep. I find even when I use these during the day, it helps to keep my hands away from breakouts, speeding up the healing time. These pimple patches are a new holy grail in my skincare collection! -

The Trojan Duet 2-in-1 Vibrating Massager + Ring is an enjoyable addition to solo or couple play! I enjoyed how soft the silicone was and the shape made it easy to use and maneuver. It was easy to clean and paired well with my water-based lubricant. The vibration settings were enjoyable, and the way the massager is designed made it easy to switch between vibration type and speed. However, there seemed to be one vibration setting that was a combo of the others, and this wasn’t enjoyable, it almost made it seem like the massager was uncontrollably moving with no rhyme nor reason, which makes me believe it wasn’t supposed to operate that way. The massager holds its charge for a decent amount of time, I didn’t have to worry while using it that it would suddenly lose its charge.

Mouthwash has always been part of my oral hygiene routine. As someone that has been cursed with tonsil stones, I’m always self conscious of my breath, especially when I’m experiencing what I call a “flare up.” This mouthwash makes me feel confident that I’ll have fresh breath all day and it’s great to know that it kills the pesky bacteria that lead to the development of tonsil stones. I found that my teeth feel cleaner for longer when using this as well. -

Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try the AVEENO® Tone + Texture Renewing Body Scrub for free! This scrub is both gentle and effective! It worked wonders in removing the dry skin on my legs, leaving them feeling incredibly smooth. Not only was it a great overall body scrub, it was effective at smoothing my skin before using self-tanner, which resulted in an even application. The scrub also lathered well, making it easy to spread and get a thorough scrub across my body. I noticed an instant improvement in the appearance and texture of my skin after using this. I think with repeated use, it will help bring out and maintain my skin’s natural glow. -

The PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches exceeded my expectations! I like that they adhere well to the skin and stay on all night, unlike other brands that tend to lift around the edges. I know they’re described as being thicker than traditional patches, but I found them to be thinner than the ones I typically use. I found them to be so thin, they were barely noticeable on the skin! You could even get away with wearing one throughout the day if you had a breakout pop-up. These patches effectively absorb fluids from my breakouts, leaving the areas less inflamed. This is great because it speeds up healing time and deters me from picking at any breakouts or pimples. These are great to have on hand to help with breakouts, especially because they require such little effort to use! -

I love the taste of the Kula Watermelon Antioxidant Infusion drink! It’s sweet and fruity and the perfect refreshing beverage for summer. I was surprised to learn that it only has one gram of sugar, because it’s packed with flavour you’d think otherwise. As someone that’s trying to cutback on coffee, this is a fun way to still get a little caffeine once in a while. I’ve also been getting into vitamins and supplements, so I like that this has antioxidants in it as well! The bright pink colour makes this such a fun drink to carry around. -

The Kula Watermelon drink has a great flavour! It’s got an appealing colour and an even more appealing flavour. I love that it’s low sugar, because it still satisfies my need for something sweet. As someone that’s trying to cut back on my coffee consumption, this is a tasty way to still get my caffeine kick. The watermelon flavour reminds me of a seer summer treat in drink form. I love that it has antioxidants, as it feels like I’m doing something good for my body! -
