I used to blowdry and straighten or curl my hair with a straightener almost every day when I was younger, and it damaged my hair quite a bit as you can imagine. The older I got, I found that I got busier with other things and just couldn't justify spending time on styling my hair with heat (unless it's for an interview or a wedding or something like that). So, I've been using and trying more and more heat-free styling products. Therefore, when ChickAdvisor offered me this product to try for free, I knew that I had to sign up.
The first thing I did was open the cap and smell the product. I liked the subtle and nice smell, all the more excited to apply it to my hair. I do also want to point out that I really like that Joico made different formulas for thick hair and thin/medium hair, because I think that specifically for this type of product, the consistency and results should definitely be at least a little different.
I have tried this zero heat product a few times now and love how it makes my hair feel (and smell)! My apartment building doesn't have the best water, leaving my hair frizzy when air drying if I don't add some product to my hair. I like that Joico's zero heat formula didn't make my hair look and feel heavy and greasy though. I really like this product overall and would definitely purchase.

The Joico Hydrasplash leave-in conditioner is the product from the line that I've used most. I don't wash my hair very often (1-2 a week), so I definitely found more use for the leave-in conditioner since my ends get pretty dry between washes. It smells just as lovely as the rest of the products and leaves my ends looking more moisturized and shiny once it dries. So, this is definitely my favourite product in the Hydrasplash line!

The Joico Hydrasplash gel mask was the most unique product to me in this product line because I'd never used a gel mask before. The mask is also applied to wet hair (i.e. while you're still in the shower) and I've only ever done hair masks that go onto dry hair. My first impression was that it's definitely more of a gel than a cream and I worried about being able to apply it to my hair evenly. But I didn't have to worry because it did spread out quite nicely once I ran my hands through my hair a few times. Once I washed the mask out, I found that I felt the most noticeable results to my hair! It felt very smooth and moisturized and tangle-free.
Once my hair dried (I let it air dry most days), I found that there was no heaviness or noticeable product in my hair!

I'm very impressed with how little of this product I have to use to coat the lower ends of my hair. And it also feels like a nice balm that really coats the hair and stays on until you wash it out. It made me think as if the product was making a seal on the heir follicle while injecting the moisture into it. The conditioner washes out quickly and left my hair feeling even softer than before.

The shampoo was the first product from the Joico Hydrasplash line and I remember really liking the texture. I also remember that it foamed up quite nicely while washing and that it has a very nice scent. The smell actually reminds me of this perfume I had as a young teen but that I can't remember the name of. It's very fresh and maybe very slightly floral? But anyway, my hair felt clean after using the shampoo, and it also felt smoother than before. -

I get awful cramps, so I'm always looking for something to help manage the pain and after trying these liquid gels during my last period, I think that I may have found a winner!
I liked how quickly these Motrin pills kicked in, I liked that there were no side effects, and I also liked that they're 6-8 hour dose ones, rather than 12 hours (because I find those a little daunting).

I’ve tried a number of dry shampoos over the years but never found one that was quite the right fit. Some of them required too much product to actually clean your hair (and would run out very quickly), others were scented too strongly, and some left visible residue in your hair.
Surprisingly, I’ve never tried any Batiste products before! So this was a first for me...and I was very pleasantly surprised!
I found the fact that this particular Batiste dry shampoo comes out as a foam (swipe to see!) I also found that I didn’t need a lot of it to refresh my hair. It also smells really really good.
They also have 3 other kinds of products in this line for different hair types and different needs. I’m curious to try them all!
Overall, I highly recommend! 👍🏼

I'm very impressed by these Vileda sponges! I'd used similar sponges before but always found that the scrubber portion would fall about and become a little gross after a time. I've been using this heavy-duty "scrunge" for a bit now though and both sides have been holding up very well. I also love that these sponges don't smell bad, don't feel or look gross after some use, and that they also haven't been falling apart. It drives me nuts when I'm scrubbing away at a dish, and flecks of sponge start coming off. It's gross and it indicates a poor quality product for me. So, overall, I would give these Vileda "scrunges" 5 out of 5 stars! -

I've always held Aveeno in high regard and they definitely didn't let me down with this product. The scent was pleasant, wearing the product on my skin was pleasant, and as I said, my skin felt nice and healthy after each use. I definitely recommend it and look forward to trying the other types of masks that came out with this product line (especisally the pumpkin one for obvious reasons, haha)! -

I was very excited to review this product and remember patiently waiting for it to arrive in the mail. I was, sadly, a little disappointed with it, however.
The parts about this product that I was most excited about were that it's a Dove product (because I love Dove) and that this would be invisible dry shampoo. I've used other dry shampoos in the past and remember being frustrated because of the white residue they would leave in my hair.
I am happy to say that this product did in fact end up being invisible!
On the other hand, I had to use quite a lot of it for the spray to have the desired effect on my hair (and my hair wasn't even that dirty). The scent was pleasant initially, but I found that when I sprayed a lot of the dry shampoo (like I had to in order to make my hair look clean), the smell became a little too intense, and I got a headache.
So, I'm definitely happy that this is indeed an invisible dry shampoo, but I'm afraid of using it again for the other reasons that I mentioned.
