I absolutely love this face cream! I find it comparable to gel moisturizers from more expensive, boutique brands in terms of quality, texture, and effectiveness. It's also light enough that I can put it on in the morning as I get ready, as a daytime moisturizer, or underneath makeup as a very smooth moisturizer/primer duo. It's also a very refreshing cream to put on when the weather gets warm, as gel moisturizers seem to have a cooling effect on the face - because of this, it also doesn't feel heavy or greasy, and I don't get scared about breaking out when I use it. The only thing I would change about it is the scent, which is a bit too powerful and reminds me of cheap soap used in public bathrooms.

Having used these wipes on a number of occasions before, I was quite familiar with them when I received them as part of the Neutrogena ChickAdvisor PRC campaign. They have a pleasant scent and are very moist when first opened. I find the wipes to be moderately effective at removing basic makeup, but I always have to scrub at my eyes to remove any mascara or eyeliner, which then results in redness and irritation. Typically when I use any sort of wipe, I necessarily have to follow-up with cleanser. Also, these wipes tend to dry out quite quickly after you've opened the package - you have to make sure to use them fairly fast!

I previously used a different line of Aveeno facial sunscreens some time ago, but switched over to Neutrogena and Ombrelle more recently. Having returned to this re-vamped version of Aveeno sunscreen, I realized that I've been missing out!
In summer months, I tend to wear either sunscreen or foundation/makeup, but never both, as I can't seem to make the two work with one another. The Aveeno Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer is the best of both worlds - it combines my daily moisturizer stage of the makeup application routine with sun protection, allowing me to both protect and take care of my skin, while looking good. I'm always wary of moisturizers with SPF, as they often end up being greasy and leaving behind the typical white, sunscreen residue. This moisturizer excelled at not making my face an oily-greasy mess, and as serving as a great base for my foundation. More than that, the SPF protection is at a 30, rather than a paltry 15 (or lower) that many two-in-ones boast. Once summer weather (finally) arrives and the sun is out more, I'll definitely be wearing this for all my daytime events.

I absolutely loved this cleanser! I've used some gel-like cleansers in the past, in addition to oil cleansers, foaming cleansers - you name it - but have never been too impressed. The Aveeno Ultra-Calming Gel Cleanser blew them all out of the park. I've never had a feeling of "WOW" after using a product before. Not only was the cleanser gentle on my skin, with little to no noticeable fragrance, but it left my face feeling smooth and hydrated in a way that I've never experienced after washing my face. The cleanser was highly effective at removing my day's makeup, including eye makeup, without any rubbing/tugging/redness, and I just can't go on enough about how supple my face felt afterwards. The gel-like consistency also felt very luxurious and smooth during application, making the experience of washing my face at the end of the day more enjoyable and spa-like.
A little dab of the product went a long way for cleansing my face and its price point is about average for a drugstore brand face wash - I would absolutely restock on this product after it's finished.

I first picked up this product because I had read that it was a possible dupe for the Fresh Soy Face Cleanser, which I had tried through a sample from Sephora. I was delighted to find that this Yes To Cucumbers Cleanser is quite similar to the Fresh cleanser, in terms of composition, appearance, and scent. The cleanser has a lovely, fresh scent that smells like cucumber/aloe and is a milky-light gel consistency. It's to be applied to a dry face and then washed off with warm water. I find that it does an excellent job of removing my makeup at the end of the day, and am so excited to have found such a premium-feel product at an attractive price point! -

While I absolutely loved how soft the brush bristles were and the perfect size of the handle (and its convenience for travel!), the awful, paint-like chemical smell of this brush absolutely put me off. Every time I use it to apply my powder foundation, I catch more than a whiff of it - I also found that the smell transfers to any skin that I use the brush on. It's possible that the smell comes from the plastic tube that the brush is sold in - if this is the case, Nude by Nature should seriously consider repackaging this product. It's possible that washing the brush and storing it outside of its package may eliminate the scent, but it is seriously off-putting when first opened and used. I'm also not a fan of the fact that this brush is made in China, considering its price point. It's also unclear whether its bristles are synthetic; however, given this company's goals, I believe that they are.

I #gotitfree in a sample-size (15mL) from ChickAdvisor's Product Review Club. The first thing I noticed about this primer was its unique smell, unlike any other primer I've used before. The scent is reminiscent of a natural foods store, which is exactly where this primer would be right at home - it's made in Australia and contains far fewer chemicals than regular brands. I found that the primer went on smoothly - whether or not it was effective at making my makeup last longer is difficult to say, but it did create an excellent canvas for applying my foundation in the morning. -

I #gotitfree through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and was excited to try this powder foundation. I received this in the shade W2 Ivory. The outer packaging of the foundation is quite simple, while the actual foundation jar is a beautiful rose gold. Given the price point of this item, the packaging felt too light, as it's made of plastic rather than glass. I was a big fan of the fact that this foundation was made in Australia and contains just a few, natural ingredients, rather than a laundry-list of chemical compounds. In applying the foundation, I found that it did little to my skin - I did notice a more radiant sheen to my face, but with very sheer coverage. I tried building coverage through several applications, but found that it made no difference. At times, I wasn't even sure if the powder was even being deposited on my face or simply sinking deeper into my brush. While the level of coverage wasn't quite there for more high-profile events, the powder gave me a radiant, uniformed skin tone and is very easy to wear for occasions that don't necessitate a full-face of makeup. The foundation felt very light and breathable, and unlike other foundation types, I wasn't itching to clear it off my face by the afternoon. -

I received this product for free through the Family Rated Club program. While I tried both the +Fibre raspberry and tropical flavours, I was not as much a fan of the latter. The tropical flavour was overpowered with pineapple, which is not a personal favourite, particularly in a mashed product. Despite this, it was very fresh-tasting and could be a good fit for the right tastebuds. Flavour aside, I've always found Fruitsations to be a great addition to my packed lunch, as it's easy to just toss in and is quite nutritious (particularly now with the added fibre) and delicious.

I received this product for free through the Family Rated Club program. While I've tried the more classic Mott's Fruitsations applesauces and variations thereon, this was my first time sampling the +Fibre line. I was really impressed with the taste of the raspberry flavour, as it was so authentic and fresh! I found this to be a great addition to my packed lunch and something that was easy for me to eat on the go, as well. I would absolutely recommend this product as an easy item to toss in a lunchbag and the fact that Mott's has now teamed up with the Breakfast Club of Canada makes me feel all the better for turning to these Fruitsations.
