Just wanted to say I agree with your review of Sample Source. It’s popular because it’s free. But it’s very difficult to get all the good samples unless you are at a computer and have time to spare. Those surveys are lengthy. I have used them for years and filled out all their surveys. I think people who love them never had to deal with their customer service. The people who reply are dismissive and defensive. They also do not identify themselves by name so that is always a customer service flag. I guess they feel like they can treat people this way because it’s free but they forget that they rely on people actually filling out the surveys or else companies would not pay them to deliver samples. Thanks for your honest review. It made me feel better knowing that my experience wasn’t just an one-off incident.
