You really should be removing moderate-to-full/heavy makeup with a cleansing balm first. Once that is done, follow with a gentle cleanser and THEN use micellar water to pick up any remaining makeup.
I find it this particular micellar water goes on feeling a bit sticky and then once it dries, it dries out your skin completely and makes it feel parched and tight.

I got this product to try for free from Chick Advisor and Neutrogena. I tried this after washing my face and found the application to be VERY MESSY. When I finally had an even distribution, the product did dry down fine. When I peeled it off, it was the same experience as peeling white glue off of the palm of one’s hand... I guess the point of peel-off masks is to make the cleansing part easier, but the novelty wore off quick. Didn’t feel much difference from the pink grapefruit clay mask except that my skin was probably a fraction brighter. It did hydrate, but I couldn’t tell if it actually helped clean deep or if it actually helped stop acne, as it was a one-time use. If I had a chance to try it over a few weeks, then maybe I could see how it worked in conjunction with the pink grapefruit cleanser. -

I got this for free to try from Chick Advisor and Neutrogena, and I’ve been using it for almost a month. I have combo skin, and I’m prone to breakouts on my cheeks and jawline where it’s most dry. Sometimes they even turn cystic. I’m a Fresh Soy Face cleanser die-hard, as it’s gentle enough for my skin and doesn’t strip oils away like other ones.
Enter Pink Grapefruit.
I immediately saw a brighter appearance in my skin, and it didn’t dry me out. I had been using a benzoyl peroxide cleanser + a salicylic acid astringent for a while in place of my beloved soy face cleanser, but I found my skin was getting crazy dry. The pink grapefruit cleanser, in 1 wash, jumpstarted my skin back with moisture. I did notice some small breakouts, but I recognized this product was getting down deeper than my soy face cleanser could reach AND keeping moisture AND not causing my t-zone to clog up!
As I mentioned, I’ve been using it for a month and I instinctively reach for it now over my soy face cleanser. I haven’t had any bad breakouts or cystic acne resurfacing, as this 1 product alone is maintaining what the benzoyl and salycilic acid combo did to help initially clear my skin.
You will not regret this product.
Pro tip: use with a silicone scrubber or a Forero/Clarisonic for an even deeper cleanse. I use my Mia Smart and I find it lathers up really well.

Let me start by saying this product smells so good. It’s a light, refreshing grapefruit scent that’s isn’t too overpowering. The clay mask I found was good value considering it had enough product that I could have split it and used it for two separate masks. Besides that, it was gentle on the skin, but it felt like other masks I used and didn’t really do much else. My skin was a bit brighter, but I could get the same result with other clay masks. Overall if I had to choose to buy it again I may pass, as there are other masks out there I find that clean down deeper. I’m grateful that I was able to try this out for free from Chick Advisor and Neutrogena, as it allowed me more freedom to really scrutinize the product without having to worry if I could refund it if unhappy. -

I got this for free to try as a deluxe sample from Chick Advisor. At first, I was ready to write off this product after first putting it on... My pores still were large. However, when I took off my makeup at the end of the day, my skin felt so smooth. It also allowed my skin to breath under my foundation - I almost forgot I had makeup on!
I went to Shoppers and when I spoke with the beauty rep, she recommended putting this primer all over the face, then filling in with a heavier primer in areas that need more concealment. When I did this, I noticed my skin was still able to breathe! I also bought the eyebrow mascara and tinted BB Cream. This primer + a bit of my other primer in areas needed + the tinted BB Cream = that makeup/no makeup feeling I've been looking to find all these years!
I'm going to keep trying this out, as I want to see how this primer works with medium & full coverage matte foundations. Right now I'm leaning towards buying a full size once the sample runs out, just for the sole fact it lets my skin breathe so well & it does have a bit of a tacky feel to help keep foundation from moving.

I bought this palette and absolutely love it. I have brown eyes, and all the colours are warm-toned. The colours are very blendable, and have beautiful payoff. I highly recommend using eyeshadow primer (I use Too Faced Shadow Insurance) to help the colours last even longer. Whenever I use this palette I get many compliments. The possibilities are endless! -

I normally don't like Earl Grey tea, as I find the flavour profile weird. This tea is a game-changer; even the smell is great! The taste is nice and smooth, and the flavours blend much better than regular Earl Grey tea!

My family uses pronamel as our main toothpaste because our teeth have become more sensitive over the years. I also drink a lot of coffee, so my teeth have some stains. In terms of enamel protection, I've no longer experience pain when eating really cold food. The whitening doesn't really seem to make a difference. -
I love the Dove Go Fresh deodorants, as the scents are all very nice. My favourite are the fig scent, and the cucumber melon. The scent is not too overpowering, and I find I don't sweat through when wearing it.
