The Bobbi Brown peach colour corrector is my secret to cancelling out my dark circles. Don’t let the size fool you; a little goes a long way. One of these will last me almost 5 months, and I use it until I can’t dig any more out! I have been purchasing this since I discovered it in 2016 and is haven’t turned back. I apply it with my finger and pat it under my eye and onto my lid, as I have very dark circles and light skin (thanks, genetics). The first time I tried this was with a sample from Sephora. I had been struggling for 4 years since I got into makeup to find a way to neutralize my dark circles while preventing creasing. Enter Bobbi Brown peach colour corrector. I tried bisque on one eye and the peach on the other… bisque normally would’ve concealed, but I still had the castoff of the dark circles peeping through. The peach side not only canceled, but I immediately went to my local Sephora the same day to buy it full size. It also sits very comfortably under almost every concealer I put on top of it - if my eyes aren’t set, I know it’s the concealer and not my beloved colour corrector! -

I have been repurchasing this since I started getting into makeup in 2013. This setting spray is a holy grail for many makeup lovers for a very good reason: effectiveness. It helps to lock in your makeup without causing breakdown or greasiness and it can be used with certain glitter or shimmer shades to create a foiled or wet look. It’s also readily available for purchase and comes in mini/travel size, jumbo size, and sometimes in a set of two! -

I love this concealer because it’s one of the few that covers my dark circles. I use this on top of a colour corrector and I’ve had no issues with blending or it creasing once I put setting powder. Like any concealer, the trick is to put a bit on, then wait about 20 seconds before you blend it out and set it. I took off a star for quality because I do find that it oxidizes and pulls warm during the day. -

I bought this back in 2017 when my hands were extremely dry and cracking because I was washing a lot of dishes. I had tried so many lotions, but nothing was helping and I was starting to get a rash. A family member happened to have a small tube of this salve and immediately my skin was soothed. Within five minutes the rash was less inflamed, and the itchiness had dissipated. I went to wash dishes about 20 minutes after I put it on and I was impressed that it didn’t feel greasy! For once the product absorbed into my skin - something I’ve never really had in a salve or lotion. I went to purchase a tub and I used it every winter when I was doing holiday baking and washing dishes, or at night when my hands needed some extra care. This product will last you a loooong time! It’s worth investing in! -

I like this hair oil because it doesn’t weigh down my already straight and fine hair. The smell is so captivating as well. I’ve been using it for about 2 months and I do see a visible difference in the shine, health, and strength of my hair. I find it works best to use a leave in conditioner first, then apply this afterwards to help give a bit of extra help in detangling after the shower (and before air drying or blow drying for further styling). Once this bottle is done, I already have a new one ready to go! I did take 1/2 a star off of this product’s quality because the bottle does get a bit clogged now that it’s nearing the end. The quality of the oil itself is impeccable -

One for your purse, and one for your nightstand! This face mist is one of my go-to staples. Since hearing Tati mention it on her YouTube channel in 2017, I’ve gone through 4 bottles. My favourite way to use this product is on days where I wash my face and take a shower, but I don’t want to apply all my nighttime skincare products yet. I will spray this mist and it helps keep my skin from getting dehydrated - especially when it’s dry air or during the winter. -

This is the only loose powder I thoroughly enjoy. It works well to set makeup; especially under the eyes. I also find it does work well for baking. The amount of product you get or the price is good, too - it’s readily available at most chain drugstores and retailers, and you can also find it on sale a lot of times (bringing the value to an even better price point).
I’ve used this setting powder since I really started getting into makeup about 9 years ago. In that time I’ve tried the Too Faced Peach Perfect setting powder, the Becca Hydra-Mist, and even the Makeupforever HD one. This is the only one I found that didn’t give me white cast, make me look jaundice, or cause my skin to break out.

My family and I have used different dish soaps over the years, but we have decided to stick with Dawn original. This product works well to remove tough grease and burnt food without damaging your plates or containers. For really tough stains or baked-on food, you just need a bit of this and then warm water and let the item soak.
I also like that my hands don’t feel slimy or dried out after washing a lot of dishes.

You really should be removing moderate-to-full/heavy makeup with a cleansing balm first. Once that is done, follow with a gentle cleanser and THEN use micellar water to pick up any remaining makeup.
I find it this particular micellar water goes on feeling a bit sticky and then once it dries, it dries out your skin completely and makes it feel parched and tight.

I got this product to try for free from Chick Advisor and Neutrogena. I tried this after washing my face and found the application to be VERY MESSY. When I finally had an even distribution, the product did dry down fine. When I peeled it off, it was the same experience as peeling white glue off of the palm of one’s hand... I guess the point of peel-off masks is to make the cleansing part easier, but the novelty wore off quick. Didn’t feel much difference from the pink grapefruit clay mask except that my skin was probably a fraction brighter. It did hydrate, but I couldn’t tell if it actually helped clean deep or if it actually helped stop acne, as it was a one-time use. If I had a chance to try it over a few weeks, then maybe I could see how it worked in conjunction with the pink grapefruit cleanser. -
