I received a free AVEENO Eczema Care Itch Relief Balm from Chick Advisor to try and review. My 3 youngest children (10, 7, 2) and I suffer from eczema. My kids suffer worse than I, and my daughter the worst of all. We’ve tried several over the counter eczema products in the last few years trying to find something that stops them from scratching until they bleed. No perfect fixes but, I have been impressed with this new product from Aveeno. We’ve tried their other Eczema items with no relief. I love that this feels better both when I apply it on my children and myself. The consistency of this balm, is much better for our issues of dry skin and eczema. When they apply this themselves there were no complaints of icky hands and skin after applying it. I does feel a wee bit sticky/tacky afterwards for a little bit and I definitely want to wash my the palm of my hands when done, yet it feels pretty good on the rest of my body. On the whole it feels much better both going on and afterwards than most Eczema products which is a big plus for us. I was happy to see a quick improvement with my daughter’s wrists after a few applications. I was really amazed at how my extremely dry skin felt really smooth after 2 applications and it felt great for a long time afterwards. Finding products that leave my skin feeling moisturized for more than an hour or two is rare. This felt great 24 hours later on areas that I normally have to keep reapplying to before it makes any real difference. Unfortunately my 2 yr old son seemed to have a reaction to it. The rest of us will continue to try this for a bit longer to see if there are more improvements. With Winter dry skin as well we could use the help, a definite bonus. Very glad we got to try this. -
BOB Motion Stroller

I'm a mother of 4 and in 20 years I've researched and used a heck of a lot of strollers from Travel systems, standard single, Double, sit & stand, you name it! We don't drive so a good stroller is extremely important to us. Unfortunately sometimes it takes trial and error to find the right stroller for all your needs and sometimes you need more than 1 to suit all your needs. We have multiple strollers to make my life easier when I have to get around. My current everyday stroller is the BOB Motion. Mostly BOB makes jogging strollers, the BOB Motion is the exception and is a more traditional stroller/travel system. We've been using it for about a year and I'm so pleased with it bought another one! Last winter I started to have problems getting around in the snow and ice. Many recommend and swear by 3 wheel strollers or jogging but they just weren't right for us. Most are too big for our space, too big for use on the bus, train, streetcar or subway. The BOB Motion was a great size/weight for all those things and drives well on all terrain we've traveled so far including snow & ice. It's not my lightest stroller, it does still weigh only 23 pounds with it's light aluminum frame. It checks just about every box for my needs, minus not the most accessible/usable basket and no pump, bumper bar or child or parent tray (those are extras). The weight limit is 65 pounds. It folds easily to about half with a release button and pull of a strap on the seat pad. It has a wonderful huge multi position canopy that you can use to partially or fully cover your child with great ventilation and viewing. The fabric is a great quality with reflective tape on canopy and basket, seat has 5 point child proof harness, large zippered storage bag on back of seat, reclining seat. It's got a thick padded foam covered adjustable handle bar, 7 & 10 inch air filled tires with independent suspension for smoother ride & pushing. There are covers, trays, pumps etc available to be purchased separately. I absolutely love this stroller. I can get on the bus or in an elevator more easily and not take up too much room, it closes to a great size for storage, a trunk or under bus storage space. can be used as a travel system from birth to toddler. It's sturdy and well constructed. This was a well designed stroller for someone on the go, but wants ease of use and comfort for their child. I highly recommend the BOB Motion stroller. There were 2 minor Recalls for some models and BOB/Britax will send you replacement parts etc if you call them. Even with that I still love my BOB and recommend them. They have great Customer service. -

Many people have challenges with drying thick and/or curly/fuzzy hair. I have curly/fuzzy African American hair and getting my hair dried and straight has always been an awful and annoying challenge. I find professional products and appliances work best for me long term. So for the health of my hair and convenience I pay more for quality products that last longer and do a better job. So if you're not looking to pay $$ to $$$ for a Professional Hair dryer or it's accessories this review probably isn't for you. I have used Solano International Professional Styling appliances for over 16 years. I find them to be high quality Italian products. I purchased the Solano International Super Solano Extreme Professional Hair Dryer and Solano 2 in 1 Professional Comb & Concenrator attachment set after a great deal of research and debate over the expense of $$$. In the end, I got it for a good price and was very happy with it. The quality is much better than your average hair dryers available for $$. i bought the dryer for the quality AC motor, insulated nozzle, removable filter, infrared heating and Tourmaline for the ability to better dry and straighten my hair more quickly and easily. It has 3 temperature settings, 2 speeds, a cold shot button and a nice long cord. They offer what I feel is the best quality and construction comb attachment of any for professional or non-professional hair dryers. This was very important for me. Unlike most that are made of brittle, hard plastic that break easily and often, this quality product isn't rough on your scalp, but yet is still durable for use and washing/cleaning, those are important features for long term use. I'm very happy with my dryer and attachments and find it worth the costs. I highly recommend both items and products by Solano. -

I have curly/fuzzy African American hair and getting my hair dried and straight has always been an annoying challenge. I find professional products and appliances work best for me long term. So for the health of my hair and convenience I pay more for quality products that last longer and do a better job. So if you're not looking to pay $$ to $$$ for a Professional Hair dryer or it's accessories this review probably isn't for you. I purchased these attachments for use with the Solano Super Solano Extreme Professional Hair Dryer. I was very happy with it. The quality is much better than other attachments or Universal comb attachments available that are brittle hard plastics. This isn't rough on your scalp, but yet is still durable for use and washing/cleaning, those are important features. This also gives you the option of switching to a concentrator for your hair drying needs. I find it attaches and stays on well. I'm very happy with it and find it worth the costs. -

I was lucky enough to try & review Air Wick V.I.Poo Lavender Superstar. Now I've finally got to try Air Wick V.I.Poo Lemon Idol, and it most certainly didn't disappoint and was worth the wait and price. I got a great price on Amazon.ca and used it right away. As family of 6 with just 1 bathroom, I can honestly say a product like this is amazing! I find you only need a little spray for the essential oils to work and not multiple sprays. So the bottle actually lasts a long time. Absolutely love the citrousy scent and it works perfectly. It's not your typical lemon scent which I thought was a nice change from most air freshener or scented lemon/citrus scent products. It's pleasant while you're going and afterwards too. I like that it doesn't quickly disappear, so that it really works on odor. Sometimes I use it when I don't need to because I love it so much! Love the small size for at home or on the go in your purse, backpack, diaper bag-wherever you go! I've tried to of the scents and have been really pleased with them. Now we can choose when we go lol! It makes it all less embarrassing and more pleasant. Highly recommend these as a real lifesaver, especially in homes with 1 bathroom or shared bathroom spaces. There's a money back guarantee, so you really can't lose. So glad someone finally created this stuff! -

All my kids love Cheerios, which is kind of cool because I enjoyed them when I was little too. Today there are several Cheerios to choose from. At our house everyone likes a different one of course! My youngest 2 are more adventurous and like the sweeter varieties and limited editions, so I was really excited when I saw limited edition "Very Berry Cheerios" on the shelf! growing up I enjoyed a certain strawberry flavoured cereal and was looking forward to trying this one with my kids. I don't eat much cereal any more but even I was excited to try these. They didn't disappoint. They had a nice berry flavour, it's a blend of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Not over powering or too sweet, pleasant. A little sweeter would have been fine with me. It trails off to the oaty Cheerio taste. I found more strawberry taste, but my husband said blueberry stood out to him, while my 2 younger loved it. The colour was a simple speckled light pink, nothing crazy. I thought they looked cheerful. They had it with and without milk and liked it either way. Great for a bowl for breakfast or a dry snack. Hoping it will become a regular flavour. So for awhile we have a new Cheerios to add to our cereal shelf. We found it enjoyable and suggest trying them before they disappear. -

We received Gain Flings! Original Laundry Packs to try & review from Shopper's Army. As a family of 6 laundry is something we do an awful lot of! This product offers wonderful cleaning detergent with stain fighting, with the fresh scent I love of Gain with all the original great stuff about Gain. It dissolved well in cold, warm or hot water. I can honestly say clothes came out clean and fresh. I was afraid that the scent would be too strong, but I was very happy and love that the scent wasn't overpowering. Lying in bed with the amazing light scent on my bed linens was relaxing and put a smile on my face. It made dealing with laundry more pleasant. Stain fighting and odor fighting are great features to not have to tackle with additional products and time. Simple, easy, clean way to wash, no liquid to measure & pour. Lightweight packages make it easier when shopping and so much better for storing! The only drawback for us is when we need to do the occasional small load, is 1 fling is too much. I find Gain is 1 of the best cleaning and smelling detergents and this version was not at all disappointing. I really love that clothes smelled fresh without being overboard. We love this new time saving, great smelling version of Gain! Glad we tried it. Highly recommend trying it!

After using Huggies wipes with my 3 previous babies/toddlers I made a switch to Pampers Sensitive wipes. I had become very disappointed in the quality change from my 3rd baby to the 4th. My kid's have Eczema so I have to be careful what products I use, so I thought I'd give Pampers Sensitive wipes a try. I'm really glad I did. The quality is way better than that of Huggies current wipes. My ultimate test was I can wet this squeeze them out and they don't fall apart. I can scrub a counter or table if I wanted and they don't disintegrate! These are rugged, but still soft on my child's face or bum, any body part really. They clean well, are gentle on skin and fill all our needs. We all use them! My kids use them to clean them selves up after snacks etc, and to help clean up their baby brother, along with little spills etc. so they don't need Mum & Dad to help-a big plus for us. Even the little guy asks for them him self or sneaks them from the tub. We all use them when out and about when we're sticky, sweaty faces in the Summer, messes on clothes etc.. I even use them on my face to feel fresh on long walks or to remove what little make up I occasionally wear. I also have found them great for cleaning up my hands after working with FIMO Polymer Clay! I love that they are multi functional for us and come in a variety of sizes from travel/ diaper bag size ( great for strollers/purses, car etc.), Refill Tubs, Pouches, and by the box. They are often on sale and coupons are always available too make it an even better value. Our family highly recommend these. #FamilyRated -

Sucht a beautiful aroma of apples and taste to match! I am so pleased with everything about this line of ciders from their price, beautiful smell, taste and even such eye catching packaging! Exactly what I was hoping for! These stand out to me. I was not disappointed at all and enjoyed it as well as the flavours I've tried so far. Perfect for me for any tim e or activity. I can enjoy this while reading, watching tv, hanging out with my husband or friends. Very happy I tried this line of ciders. I highly recommend trying them. -
