Somersby Pear Cider

This year I decided to treat myself and try some alcoholic beverages for "Me time'. Ciders were big on my to "Try" list! Somersby Ciders were a great place to start! What a beautiful aroma and taste of pear! Awesome! I was so pleased with everything about this price, smell, taste and even great eye catching packaging! This had it all for me! The look and taste stand out to me. I was not disappointed at all with this and the flavours I've tried so far. I can enjoy this while reading, watching tv, hanging out with my husband or friends. Very happy I found this line of ciders. I highly recommend trying them. -

I've been trying various alcoholic beverages s a treat for myself for "Me time". Ciders were top on my list. Due to a promo for Air Miles I decided to give Molson Canadian Ciders a try. The Molson Canadian Cider was the 1st of their ciders I tried. This is their original Cider made with 100% Canadian apples. I was looking forward to this and was very disappointed with the flavour. I found this cider tasted much more like beer than cider. I felt like there was no real apple taste, I felt like I was drinking beer, which is not what I wanted. I could barely, taste apple at all. I was really disappointed with these ciders after the other ciders I've tried so far. I found the tastes were true to the flavours with other brands. I expected so much better from a well known Canadian brand that I thought should've gotten these just right but didn't in my opinion. My husband enjoyed them so I'll buy them for him, but I don' think I'd buy either of these 2 flavours for myself. I will give the raspberry a try if I see it. If I'd tried these first I would've quickly stopped trying ciders on my treat quest. -

As a treat for myself for "Me time" I've been trying various alcoholic beverages and ciders were top on my list. Due to a promo for Air Miles I decided to give Molson Canadian Ciders a try. The Molson Canadian Cider Pear was the 2nd of their ciders I tried. I liked it better over their original Cider (apple), but not by a lot. I found these ciders tasted much more like beer than ciders. I felt like there was just enough pear flavour to taste it but otherwise I felt like I was drinking beer, which is not what I wanted. I found the their original cider tasted just like a Molson Canadian, I could barely, taste apple at all. I was really disappointed with these ciders after the other ciders I've tried. I expected better from a well known Canadian brand that i thought should've got these just right but didn't. My husband enjoyed them so I'll buy them for him, but I don' think I'd buy either of these 2 flavours for myself. Iwill still give the raspberry a try if I see it. -

I decided to treat myself to try some new drinks this year. Cider was big on my list with all the commercials this year for Radlers etc. The first I tried was Tempt 9 Cider Strawberry & Lime, it seemed perfect with 2 of my fave flavours. I LOVE this stuff! Perfect balance of both flavours and I find it very refreshing and tasty. I found it light, fruity and not too sweet. Made me think a bit of kiwi fruit. I loved the aroma! If you enjoy ciders and fruity tastes I say give it a try! I can enjoy this for "Me time" reading a book, sitting at my computer, outside/inside relaxing or partying with friends. Highly recommend this cider! Looking forward to trying more flavours by this brand! -

This year I decided to treat myself and to try new wines, coolers, ciders etc for some special "Me time". The first on my list was Southbrook Framboise, a Canadian Fruit Wine from raspberries. So on our 10th Anniversary in July we decided to try this. We quite in enjoyed it! It had a wonderful raspberry flavour without being too tart. Beautiful scent of fresh raspberries. I like that the taste seemed to linger. We didn't pair it with a meal, we just had a late evening drink. We probably be nice with a salad or a not too sweet dessert. If you like fruity wine or drinks I suggest giving this a try. -

Looking for a frozen cooler for the Summer heat then try Palm Bay Frozen Key Lime Cherry! My husband & I happened across it at the LCBO this weekend and for $3.00/296ml pouch we thought why not give it a try. So glad he spotted it! I love key Lime anything so I was already excited. It comes in a pouch, no ice to be add, no blender needed-YES!!!! No muss, no fuss, easy peasy- the way I like my alcoholic stuff lol.Just put in freezer for 6 hours (so plan ahead) then just sort squish it inside the pouch to make it slushy and squeeze into a glass! I LOVED IT! Can't wait to try the other flavours as soon as I can find them! I do wish it had a little more of a cherry taste, but I thought it was a great blend of flavour and alcohol. Highly recommend this! -

I had the opportunity to try Vim Power & Shine Multi-Purpose Spray with Bleach #gotitfree with Chick Advisory to review. I also got to try 3 other products from Vim that I have just loved and been very impressed with. I don't usually use cleaners with bleach due to the strong smell, so I was pleasantly surprised that Vim Power & Shine Multi-Purpose Spray with Bleach wasn't too strong a scent. If using on a large area, it can be strong to the nose, that's my only issue with it. I have been very impressed with the scents in this line of products, they really got them right! I like that I can use it on multiple surfaces, and to clean up stains, mould, soap scum/residue as well as mildew, that's a bonus for cleaning products for me. I also like how fast it works. The spray nozzle has worked very well on the Vim products. I'm happy to see that they more of a variety of products. I had used their original Vim cream in the past, but find the newer products so much better and easier to use with sprays & wipes. Makes them much more timely products. I was very happy with this product as well as the other 3 I reviewed. I'm impressed and will be adding several to my cleaning product line up. I'm very glad I had an opportunity to try these, otherwise I may not have and missed out on some great smelling & working products. I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the Vim Power & Shine products & scents. I definitely recommend trying the Power & Shine line of Vim products. -

I was selected to try Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Tropical for free by Chick Advisor. Mott's is usually the brand I go to for Apple sauce and Fruitsations apple sauce products. My 2 yr old son and I tried Mott's Fruitsations +Fibre Raspberry (unsweetened). It seems a bit more textured then the original apple and fruit blends and it was a bit tart, my son has come around since my review for that. He now enjoys it, but the Tropical version was perfect for us! My 2yr old has actually been asking for it and pointing to it in the fridge. So needless to say it's a hit. I preferred this very much to raspberry. This was more what I was expecting and looking for. For us the Tropical flavour didn't disappoint. Good way to get some more fibre in a pleasant way! -

I've been very happy with VIM products I've been trying through the Chick Advisory review and VIM Power and Shine Bathroom Spray was no exception. These newer products are way better than their old cream cleaner. Really glad I had an opportunity to rethink their products. The Bathroom spray smells great, which is a bonus with so much to clean in a bathroom for 6 people! I wish all cleaners could smell this great without being over powering with a chemical type smelI. I love that I can use it on everything and that it works to clean a variety of bathrooms stains and messes. Great for soap film and make up in the sink! No scrubbing needed! Love that there's no residue after too. Everything is left looking and smelling clean as well as fresh. Very happy with it and highly recommend trying it!

I got to try Vim Power & Shine Anti-Bacterial Multi-purpose Spray through Chick Advisor reviews. I've been very happy with VIM products I've been trying through the Chick Advisory review. I think I was kind of think of the old cream based cleaner and didn't really think to try the newer products. I'm glad I had this opportunity to try some and have been happily surprised at how well they work. I found Vim Power & Shine Anti-Bacterial Multi-purpose Spray worked well on use in my kitchen. No residue afterwards which is great. Unfortunately I found the smell a bit strong, especially having to spray and leave for about 10 minutes. I did find having to spray & leave a bit of disadvantage as I have kids and I just want to get the cleaning done. So I will use this when my toddler is napping lol.
