As someone who can’t take normal B3 due to the flush symptoms of red itchy and warm skin, and a bit of nausea, I was really excited to try this out. As I would love to still have the benefits of B3 like its role in energy metabolism and digestion. After a few days of having it, I noticed that I didn’t have the flush symptoms that I normally would have experienced, and no nausea from it either. I love that I can now have an option to take Niacin stress free, and will definitely be buying this again when I run out

I recently tried this acne wash out for a few days, I find it’s really great at helping to reduce breakouts that are more on the surface, but doesn’t prevent hormonal acne. I like that the product has basically no scent, it doesn’t lather or suds up, and feels cleansing on the face and body. It’s great for targeting a breakout and reducing acne caused on the surface.

I recently got to try out the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse in Dazzling Mint. After a week of using I haven’t really noticed a whitening effect but my breath does feel nice and fresh for hours after using. I like that it uses more natural remedies to freshen and lift stains, and with time maybe my teeth will look lighter.

I recently tried out this product for a few days and think it’s a great alternative to alcohol based mouthwashes. It is super cold and fresh when I use it, almost too cold that it feels like I have an ice cube in my mouth even though it is room temperature. I think it is interesting that it is recommended to use 2 capfuls per use, the first for swishing around the mouth, then the second for gargling in the throat. I had never thought to do that before. I like that there is no preservatives, dyes, or alcohols in the product. And it left my breath feeling and smelling fresh for long hours. I will definitely keep using as part of my routine. -

I like that this body wash has no dominant smell, it lathered nicely and I felt it did a good job cleaning my skin without stripping all the moisture from it.

It foamed up slightly in the hands and I feel it helped clean the oils and dirts off my face very effectively. It left my skin feeling soft, but slightly dry which might be because of the dry climate I live in which I always need to apply moisture after a shower. Overall I think it’s a good product and it never irritated my sensitive skin. -

I recently got to try out the Nectarine Petal scent from Clean Reserve and I really like how it is packaged. It’s in a glass container with a roller ball applicator, which is great as I can apply the scent to a smaller area instead of spray. The scent is very floral with a slight fruity note, and is very long lasting. I applied a very small amount on my wrists and rubbed it onto my neck in the morning, and the scent lasted all day, and even lingered after my shower. The formula is super gentle on my sensitive skin, and a little goes a long way.

Recently got to test out these patches, and was super excited as I had heard a bunch of good reviews. I like that I don’t have to lance the pimple to extract the fluid. But I did find the patch to be super thick and peeling at the edges throughout the night. I think it is more designed for the whitehead pimples versus the deeper down ones. Overall I think it’s a good product, perfect for a bad breakout. -
