I recently got to try this and love that it’s Canadian and made in Saskatchewan. I picked it up from my local Save On Foods. And within 30 minutes the whole dough came together and was cooked into a tasty pizza. This mix was easy to use, and the crust was chewy in the center and I felt good eating it cause it was made with premium whole grains. It was a fluffy bite, and very filling, and held a bunch of toppings.

It’s very cool that this mineral water is sourced from a well 225 feet deep beneath the Spinnakers Brew Pub in Victoria BC. It’s so deep it’s free from all the microplastics, but packed with healthy minerals. With added carbonation and natural flavours it’s a sugar free refreshing drink on a hot day that you can feel good about. The flavour is strong and has a bit of sweetness and is way better than other sparkling mineral waters that you can barely taste. I love that it’s also available throughout BC and Alberta. It’s a mineral water that is enjoyable to drink, and I really loved that the apricot flavour was strong, not weak or non existent. -

I like that this is made with real ingredients including oyster mushrooms and pea protein, and it’s soy and gluten free. The Italian package that I used for the pasta has 15g of protein per serving which is a great way to boost the nutritional value of any meal. The texture of the ground was amazing it crumbles and sautés nicely, and has a nice chew that resembles meat. And it was so easy to add to a recipe. I do have to say that I found it very filling.

I’m a big fan of patches so using one that has tea tree was intriguing. Tea tree is useful for reducing redness and fighting bacteria, so it works wonders at treating a blemish while also having the patch prevent external bacteria from the environment into it. The patches come in a few different sizes which is great for if you have a larger breakout, and they are super easy to peel off. They stay on firmly and make the blemish less noticeable. I think they are worth while as they reduced the time I had a blemish on my face, and also the redness of it.

I found that this pimple patch was nice it helped to reduce the fluid and gunk on a blemish. But I had a hard time getting them off the sheet and a corner would always be folded so it would not lie flat on my face. They did reduce the look of redness of the blemish, but I did notice that with makeup they stood out more. I think that they do the job but I would rather use a thicker patch to ensure it lies flat.

I love that this honey is made in Canada, by real beekeepers in Nova Scotia. I have always been intrigued by the hot honey aspect of having hot and sweet together. This honey patch quite a kick with like a nice kick of heat at the back of my throat while I was having it, but also the sweet balanced floral of the honey was a really nice combination. A pair nicely with my avocado toast as a savory dish and also was a great addition to my dessert of strawberries and yogurt as the heat was just a nice welcome bit of fun. I love that this product can be found online on Amazon, and forcing myself using it on a lot of more dishes in the future. It’s quick and easy to drizzle onto all my dishes and is also a nice bit of fun to spice up a dish.

I love that this honey is made in Canada, by real beekeepers in Nova Scotia. I have always been intrigued by the hot honey aspect of having hot and sweet together. I recently got to try these 3 flavours out and I really liked them. They are more chocolate focused than the spheres and don’t have the whole hazelnut in them. I liked the milk chocolate the best. The white chocolate was a bit too sweet. They all have a nice crunch from the crispies and hazelnut chunks. I like these a lot and plan to get more, maybe even over the original ones. -

I love that these are Canadian and have multiple different enzymes that work to break down hard to digest proteins, fats, carbs. They are great to have before a heavy meal and also make my meal break down into more absorbable nutrients. They helped me feel less bloated and gassy after a meal of beans and vegetables, and I felt better after having them.
