I love that this honey is made in Canada, by real beekeepers in Nova Scotia. I have always been intrigued by the hot honey aspect of having hot and sweet together. This honey patch quite a kick with like a nice kick of heat at the back of my throat while I was having it, but also the sweet balanced floral of the honey was a really nice combination. A pair nicely with my avocado toast as a savory dish and also was a great addition to my dessert of strawberries and yogurt as the heat was just a nice welcome bit of fun. I love that this product can be found online on Amazon, and forcing myself using it on a lot of more dishes in the future. It’s quick and easy to drizzle onto all my dishes and is also a nice bit of fun to spice up a dish.

I recently got to try these 3 flavours out and I really liked them. They are more chocolate focused than the spheres and don’t have the whole hazelnut in them. I liked the milk chocolate the best. The white chocolate was a bit too sweet. They all have a nice crunch from the crispies and hazelnut chunks. I like these a lot and plan to get more, maybe even over the original ones. -

I recently got to try out this Peach Soda, and I’m in love. It’s so refreshing and I love that it doesn’t have any added sugars, the sweetness comes from fruit like apples and peach puree. The carbonation is amazing, with it the right amount of fizzy, and it’s super refreshing on a hot day, or a nice treat to end the day.

I recently tried the Myoflex 20% Maximum Strength 100g Pain Relief Cream and it was something I was super excited to try as I suffer from a lot of lower back pain. What I really loved about this product is how quickly it absorbed into my skin and soothed the pain. It was relieved within a minute and it didn’t have a smell or greasy residue left behind, plus it’s menthol free so easy on my sensitive nose. -

As someone who can’t take normal B3 due to the flush symptoms of red itchy and warm skin, and a bit of nausea, I was really excited to try this out. As I would love to still have the benefits of B3 like its role in energy metabolism and digestion. After a few days of having it, I noticed that I didn’t have the flush symptoms that I normally would have experienced, and no nausea from it either. I love that I can now have an option to take Niacin stress free, and will definitely be buying this again when I run out

I recently tried this acne wash out for a few days, I find it’s really great at helping to reduce breakouts that are more on the surface, but doesn’t prevent hormonal acne. I like that the product has basically no scent, it doesn’t lather or suds up, and feels cleansing on the face and body. It’s great for targeting a breakout and reducing acne caused on the surface.

I recently got to try out the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse in Dazzling Mint. After a week of using I haven’t really noticed a whitening effect but my breath does feel nice and fresh for hours after using. I like that it uses more natural remedies to freshen and lift stains, and with time maybe my teeth will look lighter.

I recently tried out this product for a few days and think it’s a great alternative to alcohol based mouthwashes. It is super cold and fresh when I use it, almost too cold that it feels like I have an ice cube in my mouth even though it is room temperature. I think it is interesting that it is recommended to use 2 capfuls per use, the first for swishing around the mouth, then the second for gargling in the throat. I had never thought to do that before. I like that there is no preservatives, dyes, or alcohols in the product. And it left my breath feeling and smelling fresh for long hours. I will definitely keep using as part of my routine. -
