I’ve been using AOR for many years, and I really love their sleep supplements, they help with anxiety, stress, and sleep.
So when I had the opportunity to try the new Coenzyme Q10, I was really excited. I get migraines (it runs in my family) and am sensitive to hot and cold triggers. While I don’t want to overstate anything yet, I have noticed my migraines haven’t been as bad or as frequent lately.
I need more time to see the full benefits of this new supplement, but so far, I’m really enjoying it. AOR is a brand I trust. Canadian made in Calgary, Alberta and I love their other products too. Their B-complex and magnesium supplements work wonders for me as well!

Perfect timing couldn’t be better. With the brutal -30°C weather in Calgary right after Christmas, this jump starter seriously saved the day. After being home for a couple of days, my dad’s truck and my sister’s partner’s truck both wouldn’t start — no surprise in that cold.
The MotoMaster Eliminator 3000A fired both up in seconds. No struggle, no hesitation. It honestly made it look easy.
What I love most is how small and compact it is for how powerful it performs. The case is sturdy and well-designed, making it easy to store and grab when you need it. This is one of those products you don’t think much about… until you really need it — and then you’re so glad you have it.
Reliable, powerful, and winter-approved. Highly recommend, especially if you deal with extreme cold conditions.

I recently tried the ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter and there are definitely some pros and cons. What I like most is that it's virtually dust-free, which is a huge win compared to many other litters. The litter itself is made up of tiny, lightweight balls that are easy to scoop, and the clumps are impressively solid—almost like soft rubber once wet. That said, when it does clump, it can stick quite stubbornly to the bottom of the litter box, which makes cleanup a little more work than I expected.
One of the biggest positives is that I haven't noticed any odours at all. The freshness claim of up to 20 days actually seems legit. It's also noticeably lighter than traditional clay litter, which makes it easier to handle and pour.
However, the price is where I’m hesitant. A 10lb box costs $28, and depending on how often your cat uses the litter box, you could be spending $42–$56 a month. For comparison, Pretty Litter is around $30/month per cat—I usually spend about $35–40/month for my one cat, so it’s not a major jump, but still enough to make me question if it’s worth the switch.
Overall, this litter performs well in terms of odour control and cleanliness, but whether it's worth the higher cost will depend on your budget and how much litter your cat typically goes through.

The bottle is innovative and pumps the perfect amount for both under eyes! It’s creamy and has no crazy scent, feels fresh and I do like this product. -

I tried to love this, I used different primers and prepped my skin differently but it’s not for me. I have combination skin, oily and some hormonal acne monthly. This made me break out in those areas. It’s patchy, it doesn’t stick, doesn’t blend. It’s very matte and I love the bottle. This isn’t hydrating which you’d assume with skincare ingredients in it. Not easy to use… there’s better out there.

This is a pretty nice lip gloss and oil combo, it’s right in the middle but I’d say more gloss and sticky. I got to try this free and I don’t think I would spend this much on a clear gloss, it’s not very hydrating and makes my lips a bit dry... +

This Aveeno gel is actually amazing, I have always liked Aveeno but this is very neat. It’s a gel, it doesn’t dry oily but feels very hydrating. It has no unpleasant scents and a little goes a long way. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it either. Great for the feet and hands when you can’t have them oily. -

Not to bad but my skin really dislikes moisturizers it makes my acne worse and this doesn’t help, I have pcos and very oily skin so that is probably why. - Product received for free from Crown Labs (Canada) in exchange for an honest review.
