This is an affordable hairspray that is a medium-light hold and smells really nice. On the bottle it says its a strong hold but I don't agree with that. It does not hold in curls for long and if you are into doing back-combing it won't hold that look either. Its great too hold the flyaway's in or a litter hold style but thats about it. I do really like the scent of the spray. Very floral. I do wish that this hairspray would be in an aerosol can. It defiantly would hold your hair in a lot better if it was an aerosol can. It doesn't make your hair feel stiff at all, its provides a nice flexible light hold. I will probably buy this again only when I need a spray too keep my hair in place but if I need too do curls or something more I won't be using this particular spray for that

OH My Word!!! Ok so if you are craving ice-cream, chocolate and want a higher quality of ice-cream and chocolate together this is defiantly an ice cream bar you should be trying. It has a very rich smooth ice cream taste, wrapped around a Belgium Chocolate coating. This will make your taste buds scream for more! I really like that these bars now come in a smaller size. Some may dispute this but they are super high in calories and fat so it defiantly cut down that in half when they were available in the bigger sizes. If I could I would literally eat the whole box thats how good these bars are. Im excited too see what over flavours they come out with in the future. I wouldn't mind a Strawberry, Orange, Lemon or Cherry Flavor next.
You can buy a box of 3 for $7.99 a box at Walmart or Superstore. Stock up when they go on sale!

I don't use many mists or perfumes but I did receive this in the mail box subscription and I really enjoyed the smell of this spray. It was light in fragrance and had vanilla notes within the mist. It wasn't a spray that would last in scent for a very long time but it did last for a couple hours until I would have too re-apply. This body spray is nice too spray on after you workout at the gym or just feel super tired and need something too excite your senses. I do wish the scent would last a bit longer but it simply didn't.
There is some nice ingredients such as aloe, coconut oil, vanilla and lemon extract.

The Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Protein bars were pretty delicious as well. I did find them taste a bit more chalkier than the lemon poppyseed one but I still really liked the flavour of the bar. It had a great peanut butter taste which I really enjoyed and the Chocolate surrounding the bar was very satisfying. What I have noticed after consuming these bars everyday that I feel completely full and satisfied after eating them. I notice that I do not snack or seem hungry right till supper time. I like that these bars melt in your mouth when eating them. Very soft, and great flavor. These bars are excellent for a pre-workout bar as well.
There is 20 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar in this protein bar. The sugar content of these bars are excellent which is one of the reasons why I will be purchasing these bars in the future. I do hope they keep expanding the flavours of these bars as the more unique flavours I have been tasting from Powerbar keep me interested in there products.
I will be buying again and defiantly recommend you give them a try!! You can buy a package for 4 for 6.95 at Superstore or Walmart.

3 words!! Delicious, energy and PROTEIN!!! I received the Lemon Poppy Seed Power Bars Protein Plus too review and express my opinion of the product and I have too say this is the best protein bar I have ever tasted.
Its a very light protein bar. It does not make you feel heavy after eating one and you feel very satisfied as well. It has a nice light white chocolatey coating(but its actually yogurt) around the bar and inside the bar it has a nice light lemon flavour. The flavour itself is not overwhelming. Very very light taste too it. It does have that typical chalky like texture that ALL protein bars have but it actually didn't bother me this time as I enjoyed the flavour too much too even care about the chalky texture. My husband had too stop me from eating a 2nd bar in a row because it tasted that good. I even liked that there was actually little poppy seeds in the bars.
It has a whopping 20 grams of protein, only 3 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fibre, 10% of your daily calcium intake and 15% or your iron intake. It is steep in calories at 200 calories per bar, but you do need those calories in there if you want the protein and energy from the bar. This would be a perfect pre-or-post workout bar.
I will defiently be buying the Lemon Poppy Seed Power Bars in the future as it was my favourite variation of the product and the protein content is excellent. I struggle to get protein in my daily diet so this will help me greatly achieve that. You can buy a box of 4 for 6.95$ at Walmart.

I have a hard time time trying too eat these and they smell very strong in a weird cheese like smell. I normally hate giving bad reviews about a product but this is something that I just stopped buying after reading the ingredients. The cracker itself tastes exactly like the ritz crackers which i do really like but the cheese portion of these bites are a no go for me.
You can buy this at Walmart for 2.99$ a box but I don't think I will be buying them again.

I purchased this eyeshadow a couple months back after seeing such great reviews about this product and I'm pretty impressed about the high quality of this product.
It comes in 10 beautiful shades, all shimmery. The colors range from grey, bronzes, purples, browns, golds and cream colors. The eyeshadow itself feels like a creamy smooth consistency and applies like butter as I would say. You don't need too pick up much of the product with your brush too create the color and look you want. It blends with such ease and the pigmentation is excellent. High pigmentation in this eyeshadow which I absolutely admire. I was reading the ingredients in this eyeshadow and was relatively surprised that it was infused with moisturizing agents such as apriocot, jojoba oil, rose, sunflower, apricot and grape. I also used this eyeshadow as an eyeliner. I could crab a suitable brush and wet the end of it and it creates an even more intense and dramatic look. This palette also comes with a mirror so its nice if you need too re-rouch your makeup on the go.
I will defiantly be buying this product again.

This is a great natural toothpaste for your children that does not contain those worrisome ingredients. My son really enjoys brushing his teeth now that I have switched too a more natural line. It is a gel type of toothpaste but when you brush your kids teeth with it, it does foam up just like a regular toothpaste. At first he did not like the transition of the foam in his mouth but after awhile he did get accustomed too it. The flavour is actually really good. Its strawberry. Tastes just like real strawberries.
I also like that this product is SLS free, Gluten free and Flouride free. I started using a flouride free toothpaste as its know too be a neuro toxin so Im happy that I can use this on my son. It is infused with 25% of Xylitol. Which helps clean teeth and prevent cavities. It also contains tea tree oil as well as Stevia too help with the sweetness so its more desirable for the younger ones too get them too brush there teeth.
I bought this at Sangsters for 5.99$ a bottle.

I purchased this particular foot cream after using other products from this line and was amazed how soft my feet felt after using this. It has a nice light peppermint smell which is super cooling too your feet. I like too apply this lotion right before I go too bed as it cools me down so I can fall asleep. It has a nice thick cream consistency and absorbs extremely fast after putting on. No need too use socks after using this as the cream just absorbs so nicely.
The next thing about this product is that it contains Glycolic acid and Salicylic Acid. These two ingredients combined will actually exfoliate your skin and help get rid of the dead skill cells on your feet. Never seen those ingredients incorporated in a foot cream and I think its a great idea. The other ingredients are also fantastic. Zero preservative at all! All natural ingredients so its extremely safe too use.
I buy this at Superstore for 19.99$ a bit pricy but the ingredients are spectacular and the product actually works!

These are excellent energy bars that one could eat throughout the day too give them a good boost of energy. I love that there is macadamia nuts, white chocolate that adds a nice sweetness to the bar. I have heard about these bars for quite some time but never really bothered taking a look at them.
They are 70% organic line, tons of protein and fibre, all natural and does not taste chalky at all. The texture is really nice. They are pretty chewy so you get satisfied just after eating one bar. My energy is defiantly increased after I eat one of these so I will have one right before I work out and I always have an amazing workout with these. They are pretty high in calories so I would suggest eating a lot of them, only as a meal replacement or an energy bar supplement.
