I picked this body oil up a couple weeks ago so I can use it in my bath as I just love a good soak in my bath too unwind at night and found this product too be very nice on my skin. I added about a table spoon in my running bath water and soaked in it for about 30 minutes and when I got out of the tub the oils clinged to my skin and felt so smooth. I also used this on my legs after I shaved and was amazed that my legs didn't itch afterwards and it produced a really nice "glowing" effect on my legs. I love putting on an oil in the summer time on my skin and this would be a excellent oil for that. It rubs on very smooth, no sticky residue left behind, has a very nice light smell too it, almost tropical/nutty smell and doesn't make your skin look greasy at all. I even use this as a massage oil and it works very well. You only need a little of the product and you can massage for a good 20 minutes without needed more of the product. Glides very smoothly with no pulling in the skin from massaging.
The ingredients are awesome. Coconut oil, sunflower oil, almond oil, flaxseed oil, macadamia oil and vitamin e. Contains zero preservatives, and no artificial colors or fragrances.
I bought this at Superstore for 10.99$CAN a bottle and will buy again and recommend.

This powder is a 5 carbon sugar that that forms the RNA in our cells for energy production within our cells. It helps with the process of metabolic demands and feeds the cells at a faster rate. I mix a teaspoon of this sugar in a cup of water or juice every morning and evening and noticed a HUGE increase of energy, less fatigue, less anxiety, and falling asleep faster at night. It is tasteless and has a nice sweet taste too it which is perfect if you mix it with juice. It had the right creaminess texture too it, the perfect amount of sweetness and had an explosive Cherry/Beet flavour that we really enjoyed!! I mixed it with my bananas in the morning and it was a very good combination and tasted great! I love the small pouches as they are easy too bring too the park and such without having too bring a spoon or anything. Its easy and convenient too use.
I love that these snacks are very low in Calories at only 90 calories per pouch! They come in a box of 4 pouches at 90 grams per pouch! I like that there is no artificial flavours or colors in the product and it is made with real fruit purees. Just like a product is supposed too be made! :) It is also gelatine free and Vitamin D fortified. I can't wait too try the other flavours now as I loved this variation so much. You can buy this at Walmart or Loblows for 2.99$CAN and I will defiantly buy again and recommend too others.

This is actually probably the best tasting fruit snack I have ever tried. The sweetness is just perfect and I love the smooth texture as well. This would be an awesome introductory too solid foods for a baby. I like that it is an unsweetened fruit snack with zero added sugars!! I don't like to buy anything with added sugars in it so this is a perfect snack for me too buy again! I also admire that there is a pretty good amount of fibre at 2 grams per serving. My son doesn't like too eat much vegetables so its nice too see a product that he actually enjoys and it containing a good amount of fibre. Nice individual sized portions too have a snack or take on the go. This product is also gluten free and peanut free!

I really like that they come in small individual sized packages so I can take them on the go or have a small snack that's portioned perfectly! I had too stop my son from eating them all in one sitting as it was so tasty for him and he just kept eating them. I really enjoy the fact that this product is unsweetened. The natural sugars in the fruit give it the perfect amount of sweetness that no added sugar is needed. I also like that the color is NOT artificial, they use natural vegetable juices such as Black Carrot and Black Currant in the product which is how food should be made! It also contains no gluten or peanuts for those who have allergies.

This mask is heaven in a jar!! I received a little sample in the mail too try and really love the hydrating feel of this mask. It has a super moistuizing properties such as Vitamin C, fruit stems cells, grape seed oil, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic acid and peptides. With all the fruit ingredients in this product it has such a beautiful smell too it. Its light in fragrance but has a nice very apple, lemon, orange smell to it. Probably one of the nicest smelling products I have put on my skin!!
I applied a thin layer on my freshly cleaned skin and exfoliated before using this product. I left it on my skin for about 20 minutes then washed it off. My skin did feel very fresh, smooth and hydrated. Before washing it off my skin I did notice the product just about disappear on my skin as my skin sucked up all the moisture and ingredients in the product.
I defiantly would purchase this if it comes on sale and I would recommend it to those who have dry, damaged or want an anti-wrinkle prevention mask.
I have seen this at Sephora for Approx 65$, slightly expensive for me but Ill wait and see if it goes onsale or order off the internet.

I actually used this in the winter time and figured I would give it a try. It was very strong going down and I had too immediately chase it with some orange juice. For me this product as great ingredients as they are more natural in comparison to the other that are on the market. But unfortunately this syrup gave me zero relief and it didn't really help me at all. So I don't think I will buy this again unless they change the formula. It did work pretty good for my husband as it loosened up all the mucus in phlegm in his throat and wasn't in that much pain afterwards. So its a winner for him and not so much for me

I just love this little Marshmallows by Kraft!! They are ten times better than the no name brand or any other brand out there. They have a nice fluffy texture, nice sweet taste too them and they melt very well when you are making a dessert or rice krispies. I love that that are always super cheap and affordable at the stores for $1.99 a bag. I actually like too just eat them by the handfuls during the day. Another nice thing about these marshmallows they are only 100 calories per 2/3 of a cup which is not bad if your wanting a little sweet treat.
Ill buy these again and recommend them

I actually don't mind these cleansing clothes. They are simple too use and nice moisture too them. I like that they are good for sensitive skin and no harsh ingredients in these wipes. I am able too take my make-up off with ease with not much added pressure. I do find that it takes awhile for my water proof mascara too come off with these wipes. The wipes have no scent in them which I really like and it does not irritate my eyes one bit. They are also good when you are on the go and clean your messy kids face and hands!
I buy them for $6.99 at Walmart and may buy again in the future.

I love this product from Genuine Health because it contains ingredients that I can trust and love! I will mix one scoop per day in my almond milk fruit shake and it tastes pretty darn good. The flavour I get is the chocolate raspberry and mixes very well in the smoothie. It is not overpowering at all and you can hardly taste it when you mix it in with a shake.
This product is rich in phytonutrients and is very antioxidant for your body and skin. I didn't notice a difference in my skin texture or anything but I did have a lot more energy throughout the day after using this. I actually have been using this for about 4 months now and will probably switch too another Genuine Health product but I do recommend this product too people who need an energy boast thoughout the day or just need a boost in the "greens" department. This product also contains collagen, B6, B12, Cocoa, Lycopene, Zinc, Vitamin C and Selenium.
You can buy this for 49.99$ at Nutters and usually get a month worth out of it. It is pretty expensive so I like too buy this when it comes on sale and I can usually get it for half that price.
