They are made of mostly peas, so it satisfies your snack craving without thw guilt. They also come in smaller package that will control your portion as well, which is great for me to take on the go. -

I received this product to try out for free. This was easy to make and surprisingly quite tasty as well. I used this product as a "base" and then added tomato, onion and cooked chicken to to make it a complete meal. I do recommend this product overall because it make dinner prep such a breeze and easy. Next time I will stir in some cheese or add jarred sauce (pesto, alfredo, or more pasta sauce) and try adding different meat. I think the possibilities are pretty much endless! -

I got to try this Knorr Selects roasted garlic pesto with volanti pastsa as a sample to try at no cost.
I like to cook for myself and myself and try to cook as much as I can on a daily basis. But sometimes you just don't have time to make great dinner in such short period of time and this product helped me out.
I "doctored up" this product by adding some cooked chicken so that it becomes a complete meal. Served with some green salads and everyone was pretty happy with the final products. Worth keeping few of these in your pantry.

It is SO LIGHT it's unbelievable! Salty enough but NOT fried. It is so light and airy that it actually flakes very easily, so watch out for falling crumbs, etc.
I will try other flavours especially salt&vinegar;and BACON! Highly recommending this product and will continue to purchase.

I am an avid cook and actually love to cook. However, sometimes your work schedule doesn't allow you to go home and prepare a "solid" dinner. That's why this product caught my interest and while I don't exactly enjoy using "hamburger helper" or "side kicks's" etc, this product was a great success.
I did add the steak (used extra steak for more protein), peppers and onions as directed, but also added extra garlic and mushrooms. It tasted a lot better than expected and it was super easy! Everything under 30 min!
I would definitely keep few of these in pantry for "emergency situations" and am more than willing to try different products in this range (I believe there are several other options that use shrimp, chicken, etc).

I don't like drinking milk on its own. I do add to cereal (NOT daily thing), use for baking, smoothies, oatmeals, etc, but on its own...the plain milk taste was never really appealing to me. Plus, most of the time if I drank too much milk, I knew I would feel a little funny in my stomach.
When I had a dollar off coupon for this Natrel lactose free milk, I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. And... OH MY! The taste blew my mind! It was nothing like the regular milk I purchased previously. The taste was A LOT better (more of "pure milk taste"??) and what really caught my attention was its nutritional fact. Compared to other milk at my local grocery stores, it had higher protein content and the bonus was that it was LACTOSE FREE! No more funny feeling in my stomach and more protein in my diet? Who can say no to that! Since then this milk became the "staple" in my fridge and I use the higher fat milk for cooking/baking and lower fat for cereal, smoothies, etc.

The coconut flavour is very tasty. I love coconut so there was nothing to complain about the flavour itself. The tangy taste of kefir was still there as well, so overall I really like this product. I do wish that it was tad bit less sweeter (Just for a reference, I normally drink nothing-added, plain kefir.) But that will not stop me from purchasing this product because what I do is buy a big bottle of plain kefir and add this sweetened, flavoured product and do "half-sweetened" kefir. Definitely recommending this product and will continue to purchase it.

If you are looking for sweet, candy bar tasting "protein" bar, this is not for you. Simplyprotein bars contain only minimal sugar level (I believe less than 5g per bar) so this is not to fix your sugar craving. However, this is great if you want to keep your blood sugar level at bay. (To me they are sweet enough to enjoy.) It has great nutritional value and contains fairly low calories compared to other protein bars out there. Peanut butter is my favourite flavour so far. -
