I absolutely love the oikos plain greek yogurt. The thickness is perfect and the tartness is just right. You can add whatever you want (i.e. jam, peanut butter, seeds, nuts, granola, honey, etc.) and customize to your liking. Oikos plain greek yogurt can be used for cooking--good substitute for sour cream or cream cheese to make healthier choice! I would highly recommend this product. -

If you are looking for a non-prescription acne medication, this is the one to try for sure. Of course there are many other prescription medications but for an OVER THE COUNTER that you just pick up without having to go to a doctor's office, this is amazing. This works almost as well as the prescription medications. If you put too much, it will dry out your skin so start out easy and slowly increase. Highly recommended. -
Spectro daily facial moisturizer blemish prone skin
I do have combination acne-prone skin and mainly oily in my t-zone area. This moisturizer is not sticky, so that is a plus. However it didn't exactly make my skin "better", or "clearer" should I say. But that is not to say that I do not like this... +
I do have combination acne-prone skin and mainly oily in my t-zone area. This moisturizer is not sticky, so that is a plus. However it didn't exactly make my skin "better", or "clearer" should I say. But that is not to say that I do not like this moisturizer because no moisturizer actually made my skin "clearer" (yes, I have tried just about every moisturizer on this earth). So the reason I recommend this moisturizer is because it didn't aggravate my skin to break out more (A LOT of them do). It is fairly light as well, so you don't feel so greasy during the summer months. -
