One of the resolution for me this year has been "eating more fruits/vegetables". This MOTT'S FRUITSATIONS +FIBRE RASPBERRY was perfect choice because it was easily "pack-able" in my lunch bag and eat it without having to "wash my fruit". It is yummy and sweet enough even though it is unsweetened with any added sugar. I happen to really like raspberry flavour so I just love this product. Added fibre adds extra nutrition in my daily fibre intake. Overall, yes, definitely purchasing them regularly. -

If you are mild to moderate aczema, give Aveeno's Eczema Care Relieaf Balm a try. Aveeno is already known for good skin care products and this is no exception. My aczema is mild but my dad's eczema is quite bad (his previous negative experience with prescription lotion keeps him from giving another try to other prescription creams/lotions). I already knew that it would work for me, so there was no surprise. However, my dad was pleasantly surprised how this worked so well for him. He kept on saying "I love how I don't have to reply the lotion every 5 minutes!" It is not too greasy and absorbs well to skin. It does provide relief but obviously does not "cure" your eczema (i.e. just because you use this, you won't be eczema free for the rest of your life). Overall I highly recommend this product.

I am a yogurt lover and have tried quite a lot of yogurts from the grocery stores. This yogurt has to be hands down the best vanilla flavoured THICK yogurt I have tried. Yes, it is 10% so if you are on "diet", don't eat this. But every calorie in this product is definitely worth it. Tastes amazing and has thick, creamy texture. It is NOT runny like 2% or fat free yogurts. It is one of those that you don't need too much to satisfy you. I highly recommend this product for quality dessert. -

I have acne-prone, combination-oily (mainly oil in the t-zone area and dry in some areas) skin. I was using a certain brand that is now discontinued at shoppers drug mart (my main store for most of my make-up), and I was told that this Dermablend is apparently the "replacement" for that discontinued brand. I gave it a try and I like it so far. This brand has different products that offer the coverage you want (from light to heavy), and I chose this medium coverage foundation. It covers fairly well without making you look cakey and it does last. I've gotten soaked in rain a few times while wearing this make up and it did not run down my face like some other products have. It did not make my acne particularly worse (some do), so that is a bonus. Yes, the price isn't very cheap at $42 plus tax for 30ml, but it last very long time for me (I don't put it all over my face and only use fingers to apply) so price isn't bad at all. These come in variety of shades so I am happy to find my shade that actually works perfect for me. Happy with this product for sure! -

Sure, the price is a little bit on the higher side for the portion, but it's really delicious, guilt-free crackers with enough sweetness (not that sweet) yet not bland either. Highly recommended.

Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash
I love how soft your skin feels after using this body wash. Dove is known to be gentle on skin and this one does not disappoint you. It is gentle on skin but effectively cleansing your skin. Recommend it for sure.

St. Ives® Skin Renewing Collagen Elastin Body Lotion
I have always like St. Ives body lotion, so this was no exception. Pleasant scent and moisturises my skin without leaving my skin sticky. The price is right for its size (the big bottle). I would purchase this product again.

I have high body temperature and sweat very, very easily. It is so bad to the point that I rarely wear sweater during the winter months. I am "one of those" that is always hot when everyone around is cold.
So I think the clinical protection antiperspirant is one of the best inventions out there and I absolutely love the Dove clinical protection antiperspirant. It smells mildly pleasant and I don't think it's harsh on my skin at all. I apply at night before bed and the next day I never have to worry about my underarm being smelly or sweaty. It doesn't leave residue so I would highly recommend this product.
