I know omega-3 supplements can take time and may work differently for everyone, but so far I haven’t seen improvements in things like inflammation, pain, or overall wellbeing. Not a bad product, just not one I’ve personally noticed results from yet. -

The cream absorbs nicely and doesn’t feel greasy or sticky on the skin. I’ve noticed a difference when using it during flare-ups and tension days, and it’s become something I regularly reach for. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I decided to try it after seeing so many people recommend activated charcoal for bloating and gas. I’m very sensitive to supplements, so I was cautious but I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
It doesn’t work in a dramatic way, but it does offer gentle relief. I noticed less pressure and that uncomfortable bloated feeling on days my digestion felt off. The capsules are easy to take, and I didn’t experience any cramping or harsh side effects, which is a big plus for me.
I do make sure to take it away from medications and supplements since activated charcoal can absorb things. Overall, it’s a helpful, low-key option to have on hand for occasional digestive discomfort.

I’ve been using Myoflex® Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub on areas where I deal with chronic muscle and nerve pain, and it’s been a helpful addition to my pain management routine. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and I appreciate that the scent isn’t overpowering like many topical pain products can be.
It doesn’t magically erase pain, but it does take the edge off enough to make things more manageable, especially during flare-ups. I’ve found it useful on my neck, shoulders, and back when things feel tight or achy.
Disclosure: I received this product for free. That said, this review reflects my honest experience, and I would continue using it as part of my pain relief toolkit.

I’ve been taking this every day for about three weeks now, and honestly, I haven’t noticed a big difference yet. To be fair, I don’t really expect much in such a short time, especially with vitamins. They’re more of a long game.
What I do like is that it hasn’t bothered my stomach or triggered any weird reactions, which is rare for me. (Especially with iron supplements!) There’s no smell, no aftertaste, nothing heavy about it. It just slips into my routine without causing problems… which is honestly kind of refreshing.
Overall, I think it’s too early to say whether it’s helping, but so far it feels like a gentle, easy multivitamin. I’ll need more time with it before I can say anything stronger, but for now it’s been a comfortable addition to my day.

The flavor is not what I expected. I found it really sweet at first and then a mild little kick (like a 2/5 on heat). I’m not huge on spice and this was the perfect balance. I could probably handle a bit more. I’ve already drizzled it on eggs, roasted broccoli and potatoes, it was sooo good. Can totally see it being amazing on pizza, BBQ, or chicken too.
If you want something Canadian made, local, and different from your usual sauces, this one’s worth trying.

Not only does it leave my breath feeling incredibly fresh all day long, but it also gently whitens my teeth without the harsh burn or sensitivity you get from other products. I’ve noticed a visible difference in brightness after a week and a half of daily use.
The Dazzling Mint flavor is better than the icy mint (imo). It is refreshing without being overpowering, and I love that it’s alcohol-free, so there is no mouth dryness. Plus, the sleek bottle fits perfectly in my cabinet, and I appreciate the clean, professional look.
