I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada before first moving to Utah and then the big apple, and have for now returned to where it all began (but never stay anywhere too long). I work as an actress in theatre and film, and now and then will write an article or two. I have also found passions for interior design, collaging (basically anything where creativity is involved), and know a thing or two about eating well, and taking care of self.
