I really liked the drama this mascara created with my lashes that are somewhat otherwise sparse. Maybelline New York The Falsies Volum' Express Mascara made my lashes fuller and lengthened them as well. I don't think they had the full impact of false lashes but it is the closest thing to false lashes I have had without actually using false lashes. I would definitely buy this product again. -
OPI Nail Polish in Do You Lilac It
I agree with the other reviewer. I recently tried Do You Lilac It from OPI and I really like this color. It looks good on lighter and medium skin tones and if you are looking for a Lilac color for your nails, definitely check this product out!

I received this ring as an early birthday present and I have to say that I am positively in LOVE with it. I had previously never really been a jewelry person let alone a Tiffany person but after receiving a few pieces of their jewelry I have to say that I see why people spend the money. This ring is timeless and I always get compliments on it when I wear it. I also enjoy the fact that Tiffany will clean your jewelry free of charge and that the lustre of the silver really does last and it remains looking new. -

I am not a picky person at all but this has to be the WORST experience I have had getting my nails done...EVER. A friend and I went to get pedicures on a friday afternoon and this place was chaos. We were seated together for our pedis but since she started earlier than me, she finished earlier. The girl tried to use a file on me that had been previously used. Not only that, once she was done cleaning my cuticles etc, she asked me to get up to free up the chair...without having painted my nails! She then usered me to a waiting room chair and stooped down and told me to put my foot on her thigh so she could paint my nails. She then slapped on the color and made a mess of getting it all over my skin around my toe nails. She took a small paint brush that the other girl doing nails had rested on the floor and dipped it in nail polish remover to clean the skin around my nails. It was awful. My friend gave them exactly the cost of the pedi with zero tip and we promptly left. I will NEVER go there again and furthermore express how much I dispise and loath that place anytime anyone ever suggests we go there to get nails done. Brutal. -

I received the Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Serum as part of the Product Review Club. This product is light and absorbs into the skin easily. I found that the smell of the product was light enough (as I don't like too many scented creams etc). I appreciate that this product is certified organic by the globally recognised independent certification body ECOCERT. I found that the product worked well. I think the price tag is a little steep for what I would spend on this type of product though. -

Mac Studio Fix mascara works well if you want to lengthen and separate your lashes. Where I think it is lacking is when it comes to voluminizing if you have already sparse lashes. My friend tried it on and her lashes looks magnificent. I have sparser lashes so when I tried it on, it just lengthened and separated the lashes I already had. I found the smell of this product also strong. It smelled like a sharpie marker but stronger to start. The smell quickly dissipated though. I found that Mac Mascara X worked better for me in the volumizing department but this product works well to define and lengthen lashes. -

I recently had breakfast at Good Bite just north of Yonge and Eglinton on Yonge St. Good Bite is great little greasy spoon breakfast spot in uptown Toronto. A friend recommended it to me as an alternative to Sunset Grill which already had a huge lineup on a Sunday morning. We ended up getting to Good Bite just in time as a lineup quickly ensued after we were already seated in a packed restaurant. The food was great, the service was good and I would definitely go back to Good Bite again. -

A good friend of mine recommended Homeway as a place for us to have brunch on a Sunday. I had never been previous to that outting but I have gone back ever since. The venue looks deceptively small from the outside but it seats quite a few more than I expected. Homeway is located at 955 Mt Pleasant which is just north or Erskine on Mt Pleasant. The food was fabulous, the price was just right and the quality of service was magnificent! If ever you are in the Yonge/Eglinton area and looking for a great little place to have breakfast or brunch, check out Homeway. -

I think I am the only person who is not in love with this mascara. I tried it out and found that it was not worth the cost as my LashBlast worked just as well (if not better). I found that this product clumped more on me than other mascaras and after extended use, it irritated my eyes. I will not buy this product again. -

I purchased this foundation after several attempts to find a substitute at Mac for my discontinued Hyper Real foundation. I went to Sephora and tested various products with the makeup artist and Make Up For Ever HD High Definition Foundation yielded the best results color wise and finish wise on my skin. This product is supposed to be a medium to full coverage product but I have to disagree because I find the coverage to be pretty light...it does however, even out my skin tone without feeling like I have makeup on which is a really good thing. I am not into the High Definition hype with cosmetics but I did find that this product works well and that is why I purchased it. I am also impressed that they had a shade that matched my skintone so after 15 years of being a Mac girl I am now a Make Up For Ever girl and hopefully will remain one. -
