I kept seeing people review this product on ChickAdvisor so I decided to go out and get it to try it out for myself. I bought Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in Rhubarb. When I opened it and looked at it I thought it was going to look too synthetic in color but this was totally not the case! The shade suits me perfectly. I find in the winter my lips have a tendency to look pale and this makes them look a healthy pink glow and because it is Burt's Bees, it has that great minty tingle and my lips look healthy and moisturized as well.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Because it is a lip shimmer it is sheer enough to look like you are not trying to wear lipstick but it makes your lips look fabulously tinted with the added benefit of moisturizing them at the same time. Try it out, you will not be disappointed! :o)

A very good friend of mine got me a gift certificate for this spa for my birthday and it was by FAR the best spa experience thus far. As MissChickie said, at first glance it may seem like it is priced outrageously but when you see the experience you get in return it is positively worth EVERY single solitary penny.
When we first arrived we changed into our robes and then sat down for tea, flavoured water and biscotti in the waiting lounge. In the dressing rooms there were also lounge chairs where you could recline and look at a flat screen of peaceful images of nature. Our massage therapists then came to get us and bring us to our respective rooms. My registered massage therapist was Roy Lim and he did a fantastic job. After the massage I met my friend back in the waiting lounge where we sat and again had tea and biscuits. Funnily enough we ran into actor Adrian Brody there as well!
Anyway, it was a GLORIOUS experience and I would highly highly recommend this spa to anyone and once I save up enough to truly pamper myself, I will return there again.

I tried eating at the Red Burrito for the first time a week ago when I was walking along Robson Street. I am not a huge burrito person although I am a big fan of Burrito Boys in Toronto. Anyway, I am glad to say that I think I have found Burrito Boys equivalent in Vancouver in the Red Burrito. The food was excellent and the next time I am in the mood for a burrito I will return to the Red Burrito. My only complaint was that service was a bit disorganized but mind you when I got there I had stepped off a plane after a 5 hour flight and it was right at store opening so it could have just been me. Check this place out if you are in the mood for a burrito in Vancouver. They have a couple locations on Robson Street and one in East and North Vancouver. -

I actually thought this movie was up there with Casino Royale and I liked both movies equally. Bond movies keep getting better and better and they have definitely picked the best man to play Bond. -

I can't say enough about this movie! I loved it! I had the pleasure of getting sneak peak passes to see Kung Fu Panda in Toronto before the movie was released it theatres. The sneak peak was in Imax theatres which made experiencing this movie on the big screen even better!
Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman were fabulous in this movie along with the other actors playing the Furious 5 (Angelina Joie, Jackie Chan, Lucy Liu, Seth Rogan & David Cross).
I have to admit that I expected them to have the song Kung Fu Fighting playing somewhere in the background, which they did not, but other than that, the movie completely lived up to its hype!
Since then I have received this DVD for Christmas and I can't wait to watch it over and over again!

I agree with MissChickie, this is a great album. Yes the album art leaves something to be desired but it is one of those CDs you can just pop in and leave playing while you have a get together. Check it out!
