I received this to try and review. It is a whitening mouthwash which removes stains and prevents new ones. I used it morning and night after my mouthcare routine. The flavor isn't overpowering but a light mint flavor. I like the smaller bottle for use. I put it in the cap and rinse my mouth for 2 minutes. There's no burning. This product does not use peroxide but I noticed a lightening/whitening effect. I feel like my smile is brighter and it also freshens my breath. I trust this brand because it's a dentist formulated product. Give it a try!

I'm so pleased with this spray sunscreen! It's SPF 50 which is so important for summer. I love spending time outdoors and even in water. This is water-resistant up to 80 mins and the spray makes it so easy to reapply. It does have a white cast at first but when you rub it in, it goes away completely and feels like lotion. My skin felt so soft and protected! I also really like that it is reef friendly because some travel destinations require that now. It uses a physical sunscreen which I prefer over chemical. I would totally recommend! -

The SPF 50 is perfect for a whole day out on the beach (with reapplication of course). It's water resistant for 80 mins and the texture is thick enough that it won't rub off while the kids play. There's no scent that I can detect and it contains blue algae which is nourishing for the skin. The white cream rubs away clear even though it contains zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to protect against UVA and UVB rays. I also like that they are sensitive to protecting the reef ecosystems. -

This is a natural remedy for menopause symptoms. I'm using it for perimenopause which has similar symptoms. You take two capsules a day. It contains EstroG-100® which is not a hormone. It's herbal ingredients. During the month I took this, I noticed a decrease in insomnia, fatigue and mood swings. I'm not sure if it's from this product completely but I think it's worth a try. -

I received these new @bandaidbrandcanada PRO HEAL bandaids to try for free and provide a review. These are really heavy duty and have the hydrocolloid gel pad which helps cuts and scrapes heal faster and more likely without a scar. These weren't very big but they would work for minor cuts and scrapes. I like the gel pad because it also feels it protects the injury. I would recommend. I love using this during the day because the caffeine helps with my migraines and fatigue while getting rid of general pain as well. The pills are really easy to swallow and work really fast.
