I tried the Plantrophy Jackfruit Chicken Dumplings recently and was pleasantly surprised. The filling has a nice balance—savory with a subtle sweetness from the jackfruit that works well as a chicken alternative. The texture is tender but still hearty, and the dumpling wrappers cook up soft and chewy, just the way I like them. They’re easy to make too—straight from the freezer to the pan. I didn’t even need sauce because they were flavorful on their own, but dipping them in soy sauce made them even better. For a quick plant-based option, I’d definitely keep these in my freezer again.

I’ve been using the NEOSTRATA 15% Vitamin C + PHA Serum for a little while now, and honestly, I’m impressed. I usually find vitamin C serums either too sticky or irritating, but this one feels so lightweight and comfortable on my skin—it just melts right in. After a couple of weeks, I started noticing that my skin looked brighter and a bit more “awake,” like I had actually been getting enough sleep. The glow feels really natural, not shiny or greasy. I also love that it has PHA in it, because it gives me that gentle smoothing effect without any stinging or redness. My skin feels softer, and even my makeup seems to go on nicer. It’s one of those products I actually look forward to applying because I can see and feel the difference. -
