The B-12 vitamins from Now Health are a great addition to my daily routine. I love that these are chewable so anyone who struggles with swallowing pills won’t have any problem taking these. The taste itself is sweet with hints of strawberries, and not at all chalky like some chewable supplements I’ve tried! I only need to take one a day to get a good dose of my B-12 which is essential for producing red blood cells and encourages a healthy body! This Lavish face serum from Hereward Farms is AMAZING. It’s the perfect cure for parched, dry skin. I needed way less of it than I expected; just one tiny drop is so nourishing that my face, neck, and hands feel revived. After using this, my face looks glowy and feels so soft and incredibly moisturized. This has no added fragrance, it just has the natural scent of the lavender it’s infused with. The lavender scent makes this the perfect serum for my nighttime routine; the serum itself hydrates my skin during the night while the lavender scent makes me feel so sleepy and ready for bed! I love Hatch’s Maple Oatado! The sweet Canadian classic maple flavour pairs perfectly with the taste of the coffee. I love how foamy it is on the top and the fact that you can drink it as is straight from the can; you don’t need to add anything, not even milk because it already contains oat milk! It’s incredibly delicious and the moose packaging is so adorable. The mini cans are perfect for throwing it in a bag and taking it on-the-go whenever you need a sweet fix or a quick caffeine pick-me-up. This shampoo has lightweight hydrating ingredients, which makes it perfect for cleansing my hair without drying it out! The scent is sweet and a little fruity. This line is sulfate-free which makes it really gentle on the scalp. Sometimes I find there’s a downside to sulfate-free shampoos in that it can be difficult to lather them up, but I didn’t have any problem with this one; I’m able to get a good lather to massage my entire head! I love the way it thoroughly cleans away built-up products and oil without leaving my hair completely parched for nourishment. It’s also safe for my colour-treated hair which is very appreciated! -

The PanOxyl Acne Banishing Body Spray truly has my back this year. I spend so much time worrying about and treating the skin on my face that sometimes I forget to take care of the skin everywhere else too. The spray utilizes ingredients such as salicylic acid to help manage acne all across the body, and it has a 360-degree nozzle spray that makes reaching every angle by myself a breeze. It even sprays upside down! It dries down super fast, so I don’t have to worry about my hair touching it, and it doesn’t leave me feeling sticky or uncomfortable at all. It’s so great to have something to help clear up hard-to-reach spots so I can feel confident with every inch of skin. I just cleanse first and then start spraying; you are still able to use it on your face too, I just dispense it first into my hands and then pat it onto my face. It’s also fragrance-free which is always something I’m looking for. Definitely a 10/10!

I’ve been using the Nexcare™ Thin & Transparent Acne Patches by Nexcare Brand and it’s been great! First off, I’m impressed by how immediately the patch disappears when I press it into my skin. The patches being so thin and completely see-through allows me to wear them while out and about without anyone noticing; it’s nice to be able improve my skin throughout the day too instead of only at night! The application of the patch is super quick and easy too, with a red tab attached to each individual one so that you can easily remove it from the sheet and apply it to your face without it sticking to your fingers instead. An extra bonus with covering your blemishes with something physical like this means you have an actual barrier preventing you from picking at your spots, which is by far my worst habit. This means my zit can heal in peace without scarring while its oil is absorbed away by the patch!

The L’Occitane Almond Milk Concentrate has made my self-care nights so complete! The texture is silky and heavy at the same time and does the perfect job of nourishing my dry skin. The scent is so good too; it smells like almonds and vanilla, and I love how that scent lingers on my skin! I slather this cream across my entire body after every shower for some much needed hydration and the difference before and after I started using this is very apparent. My skin feels so much smoother and softer to the touch from using this! I also love how luxurious the glass container feels; I’m definitely planning on reusing the bottle after finishing the cream. They actually sell bags of the cream to refill the bottle which is perfect!

What’s a better way to start a Sunday morning than with a nice cup of coffee? I’ve been drinking Crank Coffee’s Morning Glory brew and it hits the spot for sure! That perfect crema on top is the testament to how fresh these beans are. This one is a blend of medium and dark roast for a more balanced cup; it’s a little heavier than your typical medium roast, and a little more acidic than your typical dark roast. I’ll enjoy it black or add a splash of milk and sugar when I’m craving some sweetness, it’s great either way! The notes of roasted nuts and black pepper shine through without overt bitterness. An additional bonus to the coffee’s smooth flavour and inviting aroma is that it’s certified Fairtrade, which means its farmers receive a better environment and fairer price!
